POPIELATO to całoroczny, mały dom (35 m2), dla 2 - 4 osób, położony na skraju wsi Grudza - 15 minut od Świeradowa Zdrój, 30 minut od Szklarskiej Poręby. Rozciąga się stąd niesamowita panorama na Sudety. W domu znajdują się dwie oddzielne sypialnie (w tym 1 na antresoli), kuchnia, łazienka i salon.
