The quiet location on the Gera River on the edge of the Steigerwald in connection with the proximity to the city and the good transport connections offers an ideal starting point for visits to Erfurt and the surrounding area, as well as for hiking and biking excursions. The Gera bike path leads directly along the house. Business travelers will find quiet and relaxing nights as well as free parking.

Our apartment is located on the 3rd floor of a small apartment building. The apartment is about 45 square meters with a living room, bathroom, bedroom and a fully equipped kitchen. The city center is within 15 minutes on foot. In the house is the excellent Kua Thai Bistro. Our house is not yet completely renovated, which means that there are some blemishes on the facade, in the staircase and also in the garden. For long-term stays for two, please request a discount.

The property is located in the heart of Erfurt. Located directly behind the town hall on the water. It is a very quiet but very central, high-quality furnished and renovated accommodation. It is only 200 m to the tram at the fish market. Everything your heart desires is in the immediate vicinity. The amenities are of high quality! A beautiful terrace completes the whole thing. The listed and traffic-calmed city center offers no or paid parking.

The apartment is on the ground floor and can accommodate 2 people. The bathroom is equipped with a large, bidet shower, infrared cabin and underfloor heating. The historic center, the Radilmweg and a wooded area as a local recreation area are in the immediate vicinity of the accommodation. Our small house has an approximately 28 square meter self-contained apartment, which we have prepared as a guest apartment. We live as a family of 4 in the house. Both living areas are separated from each other so our guests have their own area. A parking space right in front of the house can be used.

The apartment is on the 2nd floor of a listed house from the beginnings of German Classical Modernism (BAUHAUS period). It is practically furnished.
