Kid-friendly holiday rentals in La Chapelle, Paris

Nice spacious pool house with modern feel.The crocodile (statue) in the floor is a cool feature and the area is super nicely located at the river Marne with lots of walking and cycling space. Playground and little cafe in the park within a few hundred metres. Very convenient for travel into Paris by RER. Bakeries and supermarkets all in walking distance. You stay on owners property which is just stunning and has parking too. Friendly hosts that are very responsive.

Frédéric is a very generous, welcoming host. He offered tours of the surrounding area, and we had tea in the garden the morning after my arrival. I had a lovely stay.

We had a lovely stay! Metro etc is close by! The Airbnb is lovely and has everything you need. The host Matthieu is very welcoming and dropped us off pastries that were lovely! Highly recommend if staying in Paris! Thank you Matthieu!

Dale and Gilles' accommodation is like a small island of tranquility in the metropolis of Paris. It is lovingly furnished, very well equipped (among other things, there was also coffee, tea and a few snacks in the refrigerator), you feel right at home. The location is also very convenient, with the metro line 9 you can quickly get to the center of Paris. Dale and Gilles were wonderful hosts, they allowed us to check in earlier, greeted us in person and gave us great tips on restaurants. We were happy to stay with Dale and Gilles and will definitely come back! Thank you for the great days with you! :)

Beautiful accommodation, where you feel very good. The green environment, as well as the decoration, encourage tranquility, especially after having evolved in the Parisian crowd. The location is a perfect compromise to enjoy Paris and recharge. We also delighted in the choices offered by the library, which perfectly complements this little haven of peace. We stayed there during a heatwave and slept with the windows open: not a sound disturbed our sleep. It's precious! A small fan is available and was welcome. Thanks to Julie who was very responsive and very clear in her information, we will be happy to come back.

I had a great stay at Corinne's! The accommodation was as described, very clean, comfortable and perfectly equipped. The welcome was warm and Corinne was available and attentive throughout the stay. Location is ideal, quiet and close to all amenities. I highly recommend this property and will not hesitate to come back!

Laurent has truly been a great host. A real friendly person who will make sure that you have the most comfortable stay at his property. During my time at his place, the weather was very hot, Laurent’s first thought was to ask if I would like a fan to which a graciously accepted. He and his family are very warm and friendly people and would recommend anyone to stay here whilst visiting Paris.

Manelle he is a very kind host I really enjoyed my holiday the maisonette is very clean and peaceful the area is beautiful and I have done lots of things there the casino and the lack are beautiful can’t wait to come back again thank you Manelle for your kindness we hope to see you very soon again.

Fabulous little apartment in the heart of Montmartre. We had a lovely stay, exploring Paris. It was also quite special for us that this was somebody’s home as opposed to a cookie cutter IKEA decorated soulless apartment like so many other Air bnb are these days. We had a lovely meal at the cous cous restaurant opposite and I was particularly excited to have a gluten free croissant from the gluten free bakery a few minutes walk away. We would definitely return.

Manon is great, as is her apartment. Fantastic communication, sweet spot to stay, really nice location near the canal, near buttes chaumont. also really appreciate this listing on the ethical side, as this isn't an apartment taken off the housing market for short-term rentals: instead it is someone's well-cared-for primary residence that is occasionally rented out. I would definitely hope to stay again sometime!

Anne’s place is just as she describes (think Emily in Paris vibes 😊). It’s a cute little apartment, great for solo/couple. Has all the amenities you would need for a comfortable stay and is steps away from metro station which makes it super convenient to access all of Paris! I had the best time there and would definitely come back again. Thank you Anne for the lovely stay and recommendations to go around!

Claire's apartment was lovely! perfect location, easy to get to major sites throughout Paris. Plenty of places to eat and drink in the area. Perfect place for traveling with a baby. Claire's home had all of the necessities for our child. I would definitely stay at her home again. 5 Stars!

It is definitely a place that is very worth staying, although it may seem small, the organization of things makes it really so, and the amount of things you can find in the accommodation, I loved it!!! I would definitely come back!!!

A well-equipped apartment. Not big but very thoughtfully furnished with everything that makes a stay pleasant. Small but well-equipped kitchen, same bathroom with a lovely shower and fantastic beds in the bedroom. A neighborhood with many nationalities, but where we as a parent couple have never felt unsafe. The landlords are very nice and helpful, but never intrusive. We felt that they were proud of their place. And rightly so!!!

during my 5 days in simons apartment i felt a little like a parisian woman. i love belleville and the vibe and in my opinion the location of the apartment is perfect! it was clean and equipped with everything i needed. simon himself is a very kind and respectful person who has a good taste in decor :) i would definitely come again!

The location is very convenient — the metro is right under the building. All the necessary shops, cafes, and restaurants are nearby. The Eiffel Tower is about a 20–25 minute walk away. The kitchen, bathroom, and rooms were clean, with all the necessary amenities and even more. Wi-Fi worked perfectly, and there’s a fan in case it gets hot — and it was hot! The host was incredibly responsive — we communicated in broken English, but still managed to understand each other and sort everything out. Check-in was easy, everything works with access codes, super simple. The place matches the description and is definitely worth the price!

Eva’s apartment is a lovely place to stay. It’s bright, cozy, and with a great atmosphere. The terrace is definitely a highlight, perfect for enjoying a meal or a drink outside. Eva has been a wonderful host She has been very flexible and always quick to respond to any questions. Everything went smoothly. Highly recommended!

A wonderful small studio with a truly Parisian spirit. Very quiet, with the AC and blackout blinds making the stay even more comfortable on hot summer days. Excellent transport links, close to bus stops, the metro and Gare du Nord, providing ease of getting around Paris. Isabelle was a friendly and accommodating host, and kindly offered flexibility with check-in and check-out times. Thank you!

Nice flat, was clean and quiet at night. The sofa bed was comfortable. Lovely area with lots of restaurants and bars nearby while not being too busy. Very near the metro so easy to travel to other parts of Paris.

This stay was truly special! The apartment has such a charming and thoughtful design — you instantly feel the magic of Paris and the unique vibe of Montmartre as soon as you walk in. Everything was perfectly clean, cozy, and had all the little touches that made it feel like home. It’s an absolute hidden gem! If you get the chance to book it, don’t think twice. I’d come back in a heartbeat. Highly, highly recommend!

Very good stay, station about 8 mins walk, easy to get around. Nice neighbourhood and felt safe coming back and forth. Place is exactly like pictures. Will stay here again.
