Parking is available in the driveway and access is via the terrace that goes with the studio. Note: our exteriors (garden) are still a bit of a work in progress. 5 minutes from the Super U and close to the RN165 (Nantes or St Nazaire). 15 min drive to Nantes. No baths please, only showers. The 34 m2 Studio is located on the 1st floor of a modern and quiet residence facing the Lycée Guist'hau. It has a 10 m2 terrace, a private parking space in the building's underground parking lot which is under video surveillance and common green spaces in the condominium. The accommodation is a 5-minute walk from Place Graslin, many restaurants in the city center and 7 minutes from Place Royal. It is also close to a very nice green space located 10 min walk "Parc de Procé".

A recent house of 30m2 with fenced terrace (10m2) ideally located for discovering the Nantes region. Its proximity to major roads (highway, ring road, Paris road) and public transport will allow you to access the main tourist sites: from the Nantes vineyard to the charm of Carquefou (Port Jean, La Fleuriaye...), the city of Nantes and its castle, not to mention the major exhibitions (the machines of the island, the Zenith of Nantes) or the sea less than an hour away!
