Great place. Close to both Paris and Disneyland.

It was a pleasure to stay at Josefa's beautiful home- the perfect retreat to come home to after a long day exploring the sights of Paris! We loved staying in Montreuil - being from London it was comforting to us that we stayed in a multiculturally diverse neighbourhood. We felt safe throughout our time here. The house is well insulated from noise and the air conditioning kept us constantly comfortable whenever we needed it. Our family had a wonderful time here- and we created lasting memories and bonds. We hope to be back in the near future! Thank you Josefa!

House well suited to groups because there are lots of rooms , which is nice. The neighborhood is quiet and there are a few shops nearby which is very nice. We had a great time at Olivier's

As the owner of the house, Sophia is very hospitable.She gave us clear instructions on how to get to the station. She was always there if we needed anything. We had a wonderful vacation in Paris thanks to her lovely house and pool. The city center is 3 stops from her house and it's easy to get there. We are very satisfied and happy that we were lucky enough to stay there. The turtles and the sweet cat visited us regularly, so we felt at home.Thank you Sophia ☺️

We were a family of 8 adults. The house incl. conservatory, as well as the garden with pool and many seating options were super nice and spacious. We were all very comfortable. Communication with Françoise and Pascal was great. We always got a response within a very short time. We highly recommend this property.

Beautiful surroundings. Easy to get to Paris or spend the time in the country side. House is very old and full of character. Well stocked and host left some fruit and snacks as a welcome which was amazing. Only note is there are cameras inside the house in the common areas which should be removed per Airbnb policies.

Very well located accommodation outside of Paris. The RER station can be reached in 15 minutes and you are in the heart of the city after a 20-minute drive. Communication with the host is quick and uncomplicated, the accommodation (especially the kitchen) is very well equipped and the bathroom is modern. For Paris stays, where you want to leave the car without having to look for expensive guarded places, the accommodation is perfect.

We absolutely loved our three nights in Damien’s house! It’s so beautiful, full of gorgeous art and objects. The neighbourhood is also lovely. And it’s such a comfortable and well-appointed place to stay - we’d recommend it to anyone.

Accommodation as described, perfect for a couple! No worries about parking in the street. A small peaceful corner close to Paris, we recommend it!

Great place to stay in Paris. We really enjoyed our stay in Lucies House. Very quiet residential area. Close to supermarket. It actually has three toilets, extra one at the basement. It is wonderful. Parking is good, my large suv fit in, although it is a bit of a tight fit through the gate. The house is very big with room for everyone. The kitchen is well equiped. Very close to CDG airport. Highly recommend if you stay in paris.

We were in Paris for the Le Bourget Air Show, so the location was perfect. If our intention had been to visit the city, obviously the accommodation would have been a bit out of the way. That said, the house is super spacious: it is a three-story villa with a garden and therefore perfect for large groups. There were 7 of us and we were very spacious, certainly without the claustrophobia that other accommodations on this platform convey. There is no air conditioning but all floors except the attic were still very cool (at least in late June). Finally, although we never met him in person, Hamza was very present with messages and always responded quickly to all our questions.

Location was ideal: quiet, safe, and close to shops, restaurants, and attractions. Every detail was carefully thought out, from fast Wi-Fi to clear instructions and labeled amenities. It truly felt like a home away from home. The attention to cleanliness and guest comfort was outstanding. We were so impressed by how much care went into making our stay perfect. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area—we left with beautiful memories and would return in a heartbeat. Thank you for an unforgettable stay!

The best AirBnb ever! More beautiful than in the pictures, great service (since U.S. car was so big, a parking space was kept free for us on the street), top modern, messages were immediately responded to and supported, charcoal was even provided for the grill! 5 min to the metro M11, 3 min to the Böcker or Auchan supermarket. If we go to Paris again with eight people, then only in this house. Thanks for a great stay

Pol’s place is a perfect oasis in the city. Peaceful, beautiful and private but in a great location. He was very responsive and helpful with tips for the house and the city. Would absolutely stay again

The house was very well maintained with good housekeeping. It actually was nicer than the pictures! We did a same-day booking and the housekeeping went before we came to freshen the place up. There are two full bathrooms that I didn’t see stated in the listing. There’s a really nice park across the street and the bus stop is right next to the house. It’s about a 10 minute walk to the metro (then about 45 minutes to central Paris). The hosts were very helpful in giving us suggestions for restaurants that were about a 15 minute walk away. There isn’t much in the immediate area, such as bakeries, grocery stores, and restaurants. Overall though, a great stay!
