La Franqui is a magnificent seaside resort located near Leucate between Narbonne and Perpignan in the Aude department facing the sea. We wanted to provide the tenants with the greatest comfort. 2 bathrooms + 1 outdoor shower, quality appliances and furniture, Wi-Fi, terraces… The house is close to all the village facilities. The place is peaceful and offers a relaxing stay for the whole family.

Small charming duplex at 300 mètres from the sea! With its 31m2 and independant entrance, it offers a living of around 20m2 with closed terrace, big windows that open. Open bedroom mezzanine of around 10 m2 with a window looking at the pine trees. Quiet but within walking distance of everything! SNCF train station at 1600 metres. Bring your own shower towels, bed sheets, kitchen dishcloths.
