The house is located on a 4000 m2 enclosed plot, south facing with a very bright kitchen, a living room with a wood stove, leading to a large terrace. Ground floor, a bathroom with shower. The floor consists of 3 bedrooms with 160 x 200 m beds and a full bathroom. The house is located in the hamlet of Saint-Anne, which finds its history in a chapel that is classified as a historic monument. The sea is less than 20 minutes away and the river is less than 5 minutes away.

La Chandelle, in Le Hameau du Potager , is a Cottage in the heart of Domaine de La Breteche. Entry faces the Castle. The Jardinet gives direct access to Trou N•1 and walks in the park. Quiet and magical place, out of time for a complete disconnection. In Brière, close to the sea, multiple must-see places nearby to visit. Old grain and tobacco dryer of the 19th century totally renovated (120 m2). An octagonal atypical house for 1 to 8 people, in the middle of an exceptional site (private closed park of 180 hectares at your disposal, into the wild). You can enjoy the park, its lake, and private forest for rides by foot or with bicycles (bicycles and small boat provided on site).
