The chalet is good for families, couples and small groups, and has a modern, light, open-plan interior,( with tiled/laminate floors throughout)...perfect for a holiday! You will have the whole place to yourselves, with a large private drive, and private garden.

View Lake 2, apartment completely renovated in 2022, will offer you a magnificent view of Lake Annecy. Its south-facing balcony will allow you to fully enjoy it. Ideally located between La Clusaz and Megève, it comfortably accommodates 2 people. La Giettaz is a typical Savoyard village that has kept its authenticity with its active farms and beautiful chalets. 3.5 km from access to the Megève ski area "the gates of Mont-Blanc"

Alpine chalet located in the Aravis massif at 1450 meters above sea level facing Mont-Blanc between La Clusaz and Megève. Beautiful panorama of the mountains for this 80 m² chalet for 6 people. Access by car via 2.3 kilometers of stone road then 10 minutes on foot. 100 meters below the parking lot of the Le Mègevan cottage. Rental possible from May to October. Weekly from Saturday to Saturday for July and August. Price increased by €5/day/animal.

Our fully renovated chalet is located on the heights of Giettaz under the Aravis range between La Clusaz and Megève. Spacious, it is ideal for families or groups of friends in a quiet environment with magnificent views of the surrounding mountains. It has all the comforts, underfloor heating, good bedding and a drinking water source. Many walks can be taken on foot from the chalet and the ski resorts are all close by (10 minutes by car).

Our comfortable chalet (rated 5* Furnished Tourist Accommodation) is located at 1400 meters above sea level, ensuring optimal snow conditions in winter. From the large terrace, breathtaking views of the Aravis range and unparalleled light throughout the year. In winter, you are 1 km from the slopes accessible by a free ski shuttle just below the chalet. Spacious outdoor parking accommodates three cars with mandatory snow tires.
