The 144 BIS workshop is a "guestapartment" with an exceptional location on Rue Pierre Mauroy. It is located in an 18th century house recently renovated with the colors of the most beautiful facades of Lille. We live on the top floors. It's hard to be more Lilleish. Lille Flandres train station, the Grand Place and the Museum of Fine Arts are 300m away. The Palais des Congrès (Zénith) is 500m away. There is a car park at 50m. Ideal for conferences and to discover the city of Lille.
