Maison neuve des Berges, elle sera vous charmer avec sa vue magnifique sur le bord du fleuve et ses bâteaux. Elle est sur deux étages pouvant accueillir 14 personnes, 5 chambres très confortable ( 2 chambres avec 2 lits doubles et 3 chambres avec 1 lit Queen chacune ) et 2 salles de bains complète. 2 grandes galeries surplombant le fleuve St-Laurent, balançoire, foyer extérieur et intérieur, Spa, table de billard, tout pour votre confort. Le Refuge cottage, nestled in the woods of Charlevoix, ensures comfort and relaxation with a private 4-season hot tub, a dry sauna with windows, and indoor and outdoor fireplaces with wood provided. The cottage includes a bathroom, two bedrooms with king beds, and two king beds on the mezzanine accessible by a staircase. Nearby, discover a swimmable lake, snowshoeing trails, a hill for sledding, and a small farm with small animals. Everything is included, all that's missing is you!
