It is located in km 8.5 de la Manga 4° floor with double orientation towards the two seas (minor and Mediterranean). It consists of 1 bedroom and sofa bed 160 cm in the living room, underground parking in the same building. Garden areas and swimming pool. It has a dishwasher, washing machine, SMART TV, WIFI and work area. Enjoy incredible sunsets.

Great apartment a few meters from the beach. Beautiful views of the sea and the Cabo de Palos lighthouse. Beachfront. A residential development with a swimming pool. Close to shops, restaurants, and a bus stop. Close to Cabo de Palos and close to very beautiful protected areas such as Calblanque and Calarreona. Ideal for sports lovers. You'll love it, it's a quiet place, it has a terrace with great ocean views. My accommodation is good for couples or families (with children).

Enjoy the simplicity of this newly renovated, comfortable and well-equipped home. Dream sunsets from the terrace overlooking the Mar Menor. With numerous services nearby (km. 7 Gran Vía La Manga area El Galán) and great beaches less than 2 min. on foot. Not at all hot, this apartment is distributed in living-dining room in an environment with ample terrace, a bathroom and a separate double room with private balcony and ocean views.
