Beachfront holiday rentals in La Meraviglia

Casa bella, pulita ed esattamente come da descrizione. Giardino molto grande e curato con recinzioni idonee che ci hanno dato tranquillita' e sicurezza con i nostri cani. Vicinissimo alla spiaggia (15 minuti a piedi dalla bau beach libera) e ai servizi. La madre di Andrea e' stata carina e disponibile. Tutto davvero ottimo! Spero di tornarci 🤞🏻

Wunderschön gelegenes Haus im Pinienwald am Meer. Sehr netter, gut organisierter Gastgeber. Das Meer gut zu Fuß oder mit den 3 Velos vom Gastgeber erreichbar. Die Velos sind zwar in die Jahre gekommen, Sattel nicht verstellbar. Haus und Garten wunderschön,gepflegt. Küche recht klein - Einpersonenküche… Grazie Giacomo

Die Wohnung hat eine tolle Lage direkt am Meer und war sehr sauber. Der Garten ist grosszügig mit Sicht auf das Meer. Zu Fuss ist das Städtchen in 10 Minuten erreicht. Der Privatparkplatz schätzten wir sehr. Barbara ist eine tolle Gastgeberin . Wir kommen gerne wieder.

wir hatte das Vergnügen, in dieser wunderschönen Wohnung zu wohnen, und können sie nur wärmstens empfehlen! Die Wohnung ist groß, modern und stilvoll eingerichtet, mit viel Platz, um sich rundum wohlzufühlen. Besonders beeindruckend ist der großzügige Balkon mit einer atemberaubenden Aussicht auf das Meer – einfach perfekt, um zu entspannen und den Tag ausklingen zu lassen. Auch die Vermieterin war äußerst freundlich und stets schnell erreichbar, falls es Fragen oder Anliegen gab. Ein rundum tolles Erlebnis – ich würde jederzeit wiederkommen! wir sind einfach begeistert von der Wohnung

Spacious and clean three-bedroom appartment with well equiped kitchen, two balconies, and a roof top terrace. There was airconditioning in all rooms. 2 minutes walk from the sea and 10 minutes from the town center. Road side parking with no problems finding a space mid July. The roof top terrace is very large, suitable for children to hang out, with superb view of the castle and some view of the sea. The roof top terrace had a pergola sunshade, a large table with 8 chairs, and two old sun chairs, but has much more potential by for example by adding some new sunbeds, more sunshade, plants, and a lounge (chairs, tables and sofa).

Super checkin und out. Waren immer für uns da bei Fragen. Haben uns den ganzen Urlaub willkommen gefühlt. Auch unser Hund war sehr willkommen. Die ganze Gegend für uns sehr schön. Dankeschön für den gelungenen Urlaub. Wir haben ihn sehr genossen.

We loved our stay in this apartment. Fantastic location in Castiglione, just a stones throw from the beach and easy walk into town. The air con was a massive plus and worked very well. The apartment is not modern but everything works well and we felt at home. Comfy beds, everything you need in the kitchen, washing machine and the terrace was absolutely lovely! Alfa Real also great hosts and kept everything very simple and easy. Only think to note, if you are arriving by car, make sure it’s a small one as the parking space is very narrow, so an SUV would struggle to fit.

Casa a 2 passi dal mare e tutti i servizi. L’host è stato disponibilissimo e gentile sia durante l’accoglienza che durante il soggiorno. Disponibile un posto auto interno al giardino quindi non ci sono problemi nei mesi di massima affluenza di turisti. Assolutamente consigliato per chi ama il mare e le comodità

Veramente un ottimo soggiorno! Lo consiglierei e ci tornerei molto volentieri: anzi, probabilmente lo farò :)

Esperienza super rilassante, tenda particolare a forma di capanna, semplice ma con tutto l’occorrente necessario!! Dormire sotto la pineta con il rumore delle cicale di sottofondo è stato bellissimo. La tenda all’interno ha un frigorifero, uno stendino, piatti, occorrente per cucinare (all’esterno c’è un fornello per ogni postazione e un comodo tavolino da giardino). Vicinanza alla spiaggia ottima (raggiungibile tramite un sottopassaggio senza dover attraversare la strada). Postazione della tenda strategica in quanto a due passi dal bar, market e ristorante del camping. Come dotazione iniziale viene fornito un rotolo di carta igienica (consiglio di attrezzarsi se la permanenza è di più giorni, ma in ogni caso il market fornisce tutto il necessario a prezzi accessibili). Bagni del campeggio puliti e mai affollati (fine agosto). Ripeterei l’esperienza solo per svegliarmi la mattina, aprire la zip della tenda e realizzare di stare in mezzo alla natura. Super consigliato!!!

Had a great stay here! We were able to check in early and was greeted by the owner with espresso and peach cake! Echo provided helpful translation when needed. We also received an invitation to the family's alpaca farm that night. The room itself was very clean and cutely appointed. We were only there for one night, but it had all the basics we needed with the exception of dish soap. The pool was a fabulous respite from the extreme heat - it's not a lap pool but plenty of room to swim around and relax. It is located an easy walk across the street to the lake. About a five minute walk to the grocery store. About a 10 to 15 minute walk to the top of town. about a 20 minute walk from the train station. We ate at Ostteria le Scalette & had a great meal. We took a passagiatta through town after dinner & came across a marching jazz band that processed through town. All around a great trip to Castiglione Del Lago! Would highly recommend Residence Rainieri & the town and hope to be able to visit again!

Kims tents are great!! Very good equipped and nicely decorated. The beds are comfortable and the chared outside kitchens are also well equipped. The campsite is quite nice with everything you need and good facilities. Check- in and out was very uncomplicated. To walk to the beach takes you maybe 15 minutes.

Camping immerso nella pineta e fronte mare, organizzato in maniera eccellente con tutti i servizi a portata di mano. Meraviglioso lo spazio in cui sono posizionare le tende, dotate di tutti i comfort, elettricità, ventilatore, frigorifero, luci e tutto l’occorrente per un piccolo break, fuori dalla tenda è presente anche uno stendino e un barbecue privato. Ottimo alloggio in cui soggiornare in coppia

Nous avons été agréablement surpris par ce Air b&b atypique. La tente très bien équipée (mini frigo, ventilateur, vaisselle, etc...) est située au coeur d'un camping de haut standing avec piscine (prévoir bonnet de bain), location de vélos, épicerie, bar, restaurant, aires de jeux multiples pour enfants, parcour d'agilité pour les chiens, sanitaires très bien entretenus et la plage à 5min. La taille de la tente pour 2 permet d'y installer un lit parapluie et une poussette sans problème. Le camping est très ombragé et vraiment agréable, même lors de fortes chaleur. Merci à Kim pour son accueil, excellent projet avec les tentes conviviales et les cuisines équipées partagées. Nous recommandons vivement !

Il miglior campeggio che io abbia mai visto. Situato all’interno di un campeggio più ampio, Pigna Felice si distingue per una scelta molto elegante e raffinata. Bellissime tende, specialmente la sera. Molto originali le cucine (attrezzatissime). Consigliatissimo, un bellissimo glamping

Das Haus von Stefano und seiner Familie ist ein Traum! Man hat alles was man braucht und es ist sehr großzügig geschnitten. Der Strand ist in einer Minute zu erreichen und ist wunderschön und nicht überfüllt. Auch die Altstadt von Castiglione Della Pescaia ist gut zu Fuß oder mit den vorhandenen Fahrrädern zu erreichen. Restaurants sind in direkter Umgebung. Wir waren vollumfänglich zufrieden und freuen uns schon auf den nächsten Aufenthalt :)

Very convenient place to the beach and sea, 1 min of walking and pine forest from another side. Simona was very kind and helpful. Also provided me by bicycle. Great stay.

L’appartamento di Valentina si trova praticamente sul lungo mare di Castiglione della Pescaia; si affaccia sul giardino pubblico dove ci sono i giochi per i bambini, vi si accede direttamente dall’appartamento attraversando due piccoli cancelli! Per noi che viaggiavamo con nostro figlio di 19 mesi è stato sicuramente un plus! L’appartamento è conforme alla descrizione e alle foto, piccolo ma ben accessoriato e soprattutto estremamente pulito! Ha anche un piccolo spazio esterno attrezzato, molto molto comodo! Valentina si è dimostrata gentile e disponibile fin dal primo contatto, si è prodigata molto anche per risolvere un piccolo inconveniente che abbiamo avuto all’arrivo.. ci ha fatto davvero sentire come a casa!!! Consigliamo vivamente di soggiornare da lei!

Es war eine tolle Woche in Marina di Grosetto, die Wohnung war sehr geräumig, und die Lage am Strand war großartig. Es war äußerst nett, dass wir den stabilen Sonnenschirm und die Liegen der Vermieter verwenden dürften. Die Restaurants und die Empfehlungen der Vermieter hat uns geholfen uns rasch zurecht zu finden. Vielen Dank

Very modern warm feel to the villa with bright colourful art, objets d'art. The crockery and glasses, bowls all very colourful making it a fun relaxing place. The air conditioning which is essential in July worked very well. The location is good a 10 minute walk to the sea. With a bike can get into Castiglione in 15 mins or so. Minor issue we had re extra sheets was dealt with quickly. Got some very good recommendations re where to eat. In all a great place to stay.

This place is absolutely stunning! The pictures do not do it justice. It is so well decorated, everything you need is there, and it is very clean! It is directly across from the beach. We had the front window open every morning just enjoying the crashing waves. The village is so quaint and charming! There are many restaurant choices, shopping, and gelato all within a short walk. The people are friendly and so many dogs!! The host met us at the front gate and showed us exactly where to park (do not bring a large vehicle!) and showed us all around the condo. He was friendly and quick to respond with any questions. I simply cannot say enough good things about this place. It brought such peace to be there. I would recommend it without hesitation!! Do not keep looking, just book this!

Die Übernahme sowie die Rückgabe der Wohnung verlief ohne Probleme. Carlotta gab uns im Voraus bekannt, wie wir zur Wohnung sowie zu den Schlüsseln gelangen. Die Kommunikation während des Aufenthalts war sehr angenehm. Wir haben die Wohnung sehr genossen. Alles vorhanden und in sauberem Zustand. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Super séjour dans une magnifique petite villa à 2 pas de la mer. Située dans un quartier calme, le logement possède un joli petit jardin et une place de parc privée. Le centre ville est accessible en une quinzaine de minutes à pieds, épiceries et mer à 5min à pieds. Bref tout était parfait, tant le logement, que sa situation et les recommandations de notre hôte. Nous recommandons vivement !
