Parking is available in the driveway and access is via the terrace that goes with the studio. Note: our exteriors (garden) are still a bit of a work in progress. 5 minutes from the Super U and close to the RN165 (Nantes or St Nazaire). 15 min drive to Nantes. No baths please, only showers. Due to the pandemic, please note that the apartment is cleaned by us between each reservation, according to the new protocol dictated by Airbnb and mandatory. The linen is washed at 60°C minimum! Hydro-alcoholic liquid available in the apartment! The roof, the insulation of the apartment, the air conditioning of the rooms, have just been completely redone. My home is located in Basse-Indre (10 kms from Nantes) with unique views of the Loire. Possibility of parking and public transport at the gate. 20 min from the center of Nantes. 10min from the ZENITH of Nantes. 15min from the NANTES ATLANTIQUE airport. 35 minutes from the OCEAN. Ideal stage on the Loire route by bike (possibility to put the bikes in the garage) You will appreciate its calm and comfort. My place is perfect for couples, solo and business travelers.
