Nous l'avons voulue chaleureuse et fonctionnelle pour notre famille de 6 enfants. Vous vous déplacerez à pied (ou en vélo mis à votre disposition) pour rejoindre la plage de "Port Meleu" (6 minutes à pied), les commerces (boulangeries, supérette, le mythique "Grand Bazar" et ses bonbons à l'unité), les restaurants, la bibliothèque, le cinéma, le club de tennis...

A 1 km de Tharon plage avec son grand marché le mardi et le vendredi.  A   3  km de la Plaine sur mer. A 7 km de Pornic. Supermarchés à 2,5 kms. Linge de lits et serviettes de toilette fournis ! Terrasse sous préau avec mobilier extérieur et barbecue charbon de bois. Pour les musiciens, je mets mon piano à disposition (sur demande).

Ideal for a couple alone or with a child. Pets are welcome, provided you respect the place and the surrounding area.

Come and spend your holidays in peace, 100 meters from the beach, at Le Cormier in La Plaine sur mer. Our house, with garden, is ideal for spending quality time with family or friends. We live there part of the year and rent it out when we are not there. It is a typical single-storey coastal house, with all comforts, consisting of three bedrooms (a master bedroom, a guest bedroom and a dormitory with two double bunk beds and a single bed).

This pretty cottage with a flowery exterior offers all the amenities for a pleasant stay by the sea. 800 m from Saint Michel Chef Chef beach, come and discover the famous St Michel cake shop, the beautiful beaches just a 10-minute walk away, the port of Comberge and continue your walk to Tharon Beach where you can enjoy an ice cream from La Fraiseraie and have a drink on the terrace. Just 10 minutes from Pornic and Saint-Brévin.

You will surely fall in love with the view from the terrace over the sea and the panoramic view of the Bay and Tharon. During low tides you can fish for clams, Cormier beach is famous for this. You can indulge in board sports (Sailing, Windsurfing, Windsurfing, Kite Surfing) the spot is very popular and very secure. Our 90 m2 family home on a 1000 m2 lot has the comfort of a vacation home, and direct access to the beach.

Ideally located, this 70 m2 house facing the sea, composed of two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a beautiful living room with a sitting area and a kitchen area, two terraces, one on which you can take your meals, adjoining the house, and the other at the end of the garden with direct access to the sea to fully enjoy this breathtaking view.

Family house largely renovated in a very colorful pop/70's atmosphere, located less than 50 m from the sea. For the months of July and August, bookings are only from Saturday to Saturday. The accommodation is suitable for Persons with Reduced Mobility. Nevertheless, there is a step to get into the ground floor bathroom.
