La Cana Casa – A wild setting with sea views

The pretty "Canadienne", very comfortable, is on the front line facing south towards the ocean. It is a wild and quiet place by the sea, on a plot of 2200 m2 planted with hundred-year-old pines overlooking the sea between Sainte-Marguerite-de-Pornichet and the village of Saint-Marc-sur-Mer (La Baule and Saint-Nazaire 10 minutes away). Whether in the living room, kitchen, shower or at the bottom of your bed, you will see the sea! A private staircase will take you to a pretty cove with very few people.

It consists of 2 bedrooms, 1 living room, 1 enclosed terrace with sea view, 1 shower room with toilet, 1 equipped kitchen. Numerous possible activities: swimming, shore fishing, walking on the coastal path... Restaurants, press and bread supply 300 m away. Quiet environment with beautiful sunsets over the ocean.

T3 of 42 m2 to 150 m Cormier beach. 1 bedroom with 160 bed, 1 bedroom with 2 single 90 beds, a sofa bed for 2 people (extra bed), fully equipped kitchen: refrigerator, induction stove, coffee maker, Nespresso, washing machine, dining table… 1 bathroom with shower and separate toilet. TV and Wi-Fi, equipped terrace. Cleaning and linen included. July and August, rental is only by the week T3 at the back of my primary residence but independent.

Cottage 300 m from the beach

If you like peace and quiet, sea air, shore fishing and waterfront walks, then you'll love staying in this little cocoon. I offer a cottage, located between Pornic and Tharon-Plage, 300 m from the beach, with living room, kitchenette, mezzanine with a bedroom and an office, as well as a garden with terrace to enjoy the sun. Ideal for a couple alone or with a child. Pets are welcome, provided you respect the place and the surrounding area.

La Belle Onde, a house by the sea with a piano

This unique place has a style all its own. "La Belle Onde" gîte, very recent, (60 m2) 600 m from Cormier beach, in La Plaine-sur-Mer. On enclosed land of 220 m2. Quiet. 1 km from Tharon beach with its large market on Tuesdays and Fridays.  3 km from La Plaine-sur-Mer. 7 km from Pornic. Linens and towels are provided! Courtyard terrace with outdoor furniture and charcoal barbecue. For musicians, I make my piano available (upon request).

Our apartment is located upstairs in an old shipowner's house full of charm. It consists of 2 bedrooms, a quiet terrace, bathroom and kitchen-living room. In the pretty village of La Plaine-sur-Mer, shops are nearby and the beach is a 20-minute walk away, all the elements are combined to spend a pleasant stay. For the most globetrotters, the region offers many tours within a radius of 50 km... Pornic, Saint Nazaire, Nantes etc...

Nice traditional home with garden, located 50 m from the Chemin des Douaniers and the beach. You will enjoy the calm and small beaches of the Jade Coast. A bike path located in front of the house will allow you to enjoy bike rides in the area both to Pornic (7 km) and to Préfailles. The house will offer you on the ground floor, an open kitchen, a living room with fireplace. Upstairs, 3 bedrooms, one large bedroom with sea view.

You will surely fall in love with the view from the terrace over the sea and the panoramic view of the Bay and Tharon. During low tides you can fish for clams, Cormier beach is famous for this. You can indulge in board sports (Sailing, Windsurfing, Windsurfing, Kite Surfing) the spot is very popular and very secure. Our 90 m2 family home on a 1000 m2 lot has the comfort of a vacation home, and direct access to the beach.
