The location of the house is ideal for doing everything on foot: 5 min from the beach, 2 min from the market, and 15 from the train station if necessary. Once your car is parked, it won't need to come out again. In the garden you will find an outdoor shower for when you return from the beach, as well as a terrace with garden furniture. Attachment points will allow you to secure your bikes. The interior renovation was tastefully carried out by our friend, an interior designer, in collaboration with Lisa.

Gîte "La Belle Onde", tout récent,  (60m2) à 600 m de la plage du Cormier,  à La plaine sur mer. Sur terrain clos de 220 m2. Au calme . A 1 km de Tharon plage avec son grand marché le mardi et le vendredi.  A   3  km de la Plaine sur mer. A 7 km de Pornic. Supermarchés à 2,5 kms. Linge de lits et serviettes de toilette fournis ! Terrasse sous préau avec mobilier extérieur et barbecue charbon de bois. Pour les musiciens, je mets mon piano à disposition (sur demande).

Enjoy the beautiful days, accompanied by a barbecue for your summer evenings. Located 1.5 km from the city center and 900 m from Port Giraud beach (10 min walk), you can enjoy the seaside and fishing activities, an ideal place at low tide for mussel fishing. Beautiful hikes await you on foot or by bike!!!

Ideal for a couple alone or with a child. Pets are welcome, provided you respect the place and the surrounding area.

Come and spend your holidays in peace, 100 meters from the beach, at Le Cormier in La Plaine sur mer. Our house, with garden, is ideal for spending quality time with family or friends. We live there part of the year and rent it out when we are not there. It is a typical single-storey coastal house, with all comforts, consisting of three bedrooms (a master bedroom, a guest bedroom and a dormitory with two double bunk beds and a single bed).

Our family home faces the sea and welcomes you for weekends as well as for your vacation weeks on the Côte de Jade. It is well equipped and has all the comforts to make you feel good! It has 4 bedrooms, 3 with 140 double beds, the last with 3 single beds that can form a 160 bed (8 adults maximum). It is convenient for 2 families with its 2 sleeping areas separated by the living room. The attic cabin will delight your children!

Ideally located, this 70 m2 house facing the sea, composed of two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a beautiful living room with a sitting area and a kitchen area, two terraces, one on which you can take your meals, adjoining the house, and the other at the end of the garden with direct access to the sea to fully enjoy this breathtaking view.

Nice peaceful and newly renovated vacation home offering a relaxing beach stay for the whole family, suitable for all ages. WE PROVIDE sheets, towels, tea towels, basic groceries), step-free access. The beach 800 m away is suitable for swimming and water sports as well as fishing (mussels, oysters etc.). Pets are welcome, they even have a corner under the stairs dedicated to them. Smoking is only allowed outside.
