La Canocchia is a small fishermen's house overlooking the harbor. Renovated with respect for its history, but equipped with all comforts, including washer-dryer, induction cooktop, hot/cold heat pumps, dishwasher. Close to the equipped beach, the center and all the essential amenities. Ideal for two guests, it can accommodate a third adult on the bed/sofa on the ground floor. The bathroom and double bedroom are on the first floor. (Tourist tax €2/person/day to be paid on site).

Apartment at the last floor inside the medieval castle of Fiorenzuola di Focara, inside the Natural Park of Monte San Bartolo. Halfway between the city of Pesaro and Cattolica, and the apartment is 500 mt walking to the downhill road that leads to the beautiful beach of Fiorenzuola . The apartment has a nice and bright dining and living room, full equipped kitchen and bathroom (one), and two-bedroom (one master and one with single beds). Upstairs is the fantastic terrace.
