Die Wohnung verfügt über zwei Balkone, eine gut ausgestattete Küche mit Kaffeemaschine, Mikrowelle, WLAN, TV, sowie Lift und Tiefgaragenplatz. Waschmaschine und Trockner stehen im Haus zur Verfügung. Ein Volg für Einkäufe begindet sich im selben Gebäude. Direkt vor dem Haus liegt der Rocksresort PARK – ein Spiel- und Freizeitparadies für Gross und Klein.

Als Loft mit edelsten Materialien (Valser Granit, Schlossparkett, viel Altholz, freistehende Wanne, Eisenkamin auf zwei Seiten geöffnet, Designarmaturen) ausgebaut. The sports bus is only 20 meters from the house and in 7 minutes you can reach the Laax Murschetg valley station - starting point for ski adventures, bike tours or hikes. The house has 2 sun terraces and a balcony so you can enjoy the morning sun and sunset.

The ski resort can also be reached in a few minutes by shuttle bus or car. The area offers very special hiking and biking trails. The treetop trail is one of the newest attractions and starts in close proximity.

Our place is just a 2 minute drive to Oberterzen to catch the cable car up to Flumserberg for a great day of skiing, mountain biking or hiking. We are also only a 3 minute drive to Unterterzen to spend a beautiful summers day at the Walensee.
