Excellent villa, beautiful pool. Lidija and her husband made us feel very welcome with homemade pastries and a vino on arrival. Excellent location easy to get to Pula and Pazin. We loved it. Thank you for a fabulous holiday.

If you demand the finest, this house represents the pinnacle. The house is everything you see in the pictures and then some. You can feel the heart that has gone into restoring this house while preserving the soul of the architecture. The design and furnishings are luxurious and complements the house in a unique way. Even the little detailed touches and details are provided for, including toiletries, high-end bedding and towels. The kitchens are fully stacked: both inside and outside. While Istria has a lot of small coves and deserted beaches with cristal clear waters to offer, the decking beach in Moscenicka Draga is an exclusive way of experiencing the best of what Croatia has to offer from a beach perspective. Last but not least: Tanja and Oliver are top hosts. They are easy to communicate with, and does everything in their power to make sure, that your stay is truly a five-star experience. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house is a hidden gem. While the original description was a little misleading, suggesting the house is in Rovinj (it is actually in Modrušani, near the small town of Žminj - 20 minute drive to Rovinj), that didn't take anything away from the beauty of the place. The house is tastefully furnished, the kitchen very well equipped and all bedrooms have their own en-suite bathroom. The pool area with lounge chairs and umbrellas, as well as the outdoor kitchen were amazing. Thank you Marta for being a great host! We'll be back whenever we get a chance.

We had an unforgettable stay at this beautiful house surrounded by stunning lavender field and vineyards. The house itself is cozy, tastefully decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We loved strolling through the fields, enjoying the peace and quiet, and watching the stars at night. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and provided great recommendations. Highly recommend this gem to anyone looking for a peaceful countryside retreat. We can’t wait to come back!

The most authentic and rustic experiance of Croatia. An absolute gem. The owner was very attentive, every day he was setting up the umbrellas and the pool. For the fish I prepared he had offered a bottle of local wine and one day brought a plate of freshly picked figs right from the tree. The views are absolutely stunning from every place in the house, including the toilet :). Fully equipped kitchen with the view made the culinary experience a top level. The beaches around d the area are difficult to reach, which is positive because you practically get a piece of heaven for your self, very secluded. I highly recommend going after 16:00. The Bike Park in Rabac is about 20min away by car and it has great single trails (espresso a d baywatch were the best) where I've spent all my mornings before the family got their beauty sleep. Other nice and technical mtb trails also available directly in the area. The most iconic and rustic retreat in the area. We've loved the stay.

I am very attentive to cleanliness and Ante's apartment was really clean and tidy; it is equipped with everything you need for your stay, including the kitchen equipped with everything you need to cook. Ante was available and the stay was great.

Perfect Workation Spot with Amazing Hospitality! We had an incredible stay at Oliver's place! The accommodation was clean, stylish, and super comfortable – everything we needed for a relaxing and productive visit. We were doing a workation, and the Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, making it easy to stay connected and get work done without any issues. It was the perfect balance of work and leisure. The pool was definitely a highlight – clean, refreshing, and a great way to unwind after work hours. What made the experience even more special was the hospitality of our host. They were incredibly kind, welcoming, and genuinely cared about making our stay memorable. We received honey snaps and fresh picked cherries. One two evenings, we even grilled together with the host, which was such a fun and unexpected highlight. It felt like staying with friends rather than just booking a place. All in all, we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommended.

We felt completely comfortable with Kristina and Daniel from the first moment. The apartment is in excellent condition – well maintained, modernly equipped and absolutely clean. There is nothing missing that you need for a relaxing stay. We would like to highlight the lovingly landscaped garden, which is not only beautiful, but also perfect for a stay with a dog. Another highlight was the little white cat, which we quickly fell in love with – it enriched our stay in a charming way. The location of the accommodation is also ideal: the sea and some beach bars can be reached on foot in just 5 to 10 minutes. If you like to be active, you can easily explore the center of Pula by bike or car - a visit to the local fish market is especially recommended. The place itself is pleasantly quiet, not very touristy and very original - just the thing if you are looking for relaxation away from the hustle and bustle.

We felt very comfortable with Emanuela from minute 1. Everything was clean and exactly like the photos. The garden was great and everything is done with a lot of love. We would definitely come back :)

Pero's place was perfect for us with easy parking, all the amenities you might need and captivating views from the deck. Close enough to Opatija and Rijeka but still a peaceful retreat at the end of the day.

My parents, my brother and I had a wonderful stay of 3 nights at Erika's apartment. Erika's lovely mother warmly welcomed us and was always available for advice. The apartment is beautiful and cosy, very clean and comfortable. The location is superb, right in the quiet nature and very close to the entrance of the national park. I highly recommend Erika's apartment!

The villa was absolutely amazing - beautiful, comfortable and modern. It was also perfect for our dog, with a large garden enclosed by a stone wall. Communication with the host was excellent - friendly and responsive. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay.

Had a very very nice stay! The house was very neat when we arrived there and equipped with all the comforts. The host was also very friendly and always reachable if anything came up. Definitely recommended if you want to go to Pula.

Nardi was by far the best host we've experienced in all our Airbnb experiences. He was incredibly friendly, reliable and immediately took care of all concerns. Once, when we asked him to remove a wasp nest, he not only came promptly, but also brought us something to eat, as he did on his second visit. A gesture that touched us deeply. We were particularly impressed by his willingness to help when a family with a child had to be admitted to the hospital at short notice – even here, Nardi offered his support. Just a great host! The accommodation itself is also highly recommended: very clean, tastefully furnished and with a beautiful view. Everything you need is available - and there are no unnecessary things around, which is especially ideal for families with small children. We felt completely comfortable and welcome. Great villa with amazing views. In small hamlet with other villas. Very close rustic restauant, with other great restaurant a short drive away. Close to cycle route, but hilly.

We had a great time at Alisa’s place. The house, the garden as well as the pool are very nice and comfortable. Alisa was easy to reach and had great recommendations for us (e.g. beaches, restaurants).

The contact before check-in was always friendly and helpful. The reception on site and the tour of the house was very warm. All rooms were clean and corresponded to the pictures in the description. The garden was huge and just right equipped for children. The pool and terrace were clean and very welcoming. For the children there were also toys in the house. Wood and lighters were available for the indoor and outdoor fireplace. The surroundings were quiet and located in the middle of nature. The grounds were completely fenced and the garden was nicely laid out. The kitchen was great, everything was available. All rooms were modernly decorated and cozy. In the evening, the pool and garden were chicly lit. For questions or the like, the landlady was always available and could help and give tips for things like activities. We would book the house again and again and enjoyed the stay.

We stayed at Helena’s for a month with our adult children and two grandchildren. It was absolutely perfect. Plenty of indoor and outdoor dining chairs. The loungers could be in the sun or shade and the garden was immaculate. We walked to Malinska everyday and to the neighboring villages. The bikes were great and we enjoyed all of the bike routes, especially 411. A perfect place for anyone who loves the outdoors.
