Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Laconia

The house was clean and comfortable, with a wonderful garden. Elias gave us great tips about the area and was available whenever we needed anything.

Zoek je een plek om helemaal tot rust te komen? Zoek dan niet verder: dit is het hemelse paradijs op aarde! Met je eigen privéstrandje voor het huisje (en links en rechts grotere stukken strand met schaduwplek ), een grote baai met glashelder water, nauwelijks andere mensen in de buurt, in het huisje alles wat je nodig hebt zoals goede airco op de slaapkamer en ga zo maar door. Elias (of is het nou Nikos?) is een hele lieve gastheer. Bij aankomst kregen we een grote tas met tomaten, komkommer, sinaasappels, verse olijfolie, etc. Wij hebben meermaals bij het restaurantje van Nikos gegeten omdat het zo ontzettend lekker was. Heel veel keuze, en alles kakelvers. Anders dan bij veel andere restaurants is er hier ook voor vegetariërs veel keuze. Niet twijfelen, echt ernaar toe gaan! What a beautiful place, very peaceful with stunning Mountain Views. A great place for a couple to rest and relax. There are many amazing mountain walks from your door. The taverna that is only open Friday to sunday(except August) has the most amazing local food on offer absolutely worth a visit or two. The house itself is not as light as the photos make out. This wasn’t a problem at all but not what the photos promise. It is an old property so just a few small windows. Maria was always responsive and available, a great host. The roads are very narrow so I would hire a small car. A very lively place to stay

Alles bestens! Die Unterkunft liegt ruhig in einem niedlichen, kleinen Örtchen und ist absolut sauber, gepflegt und charmant. Der Blick von der Terrasse ist atemberaubend schön. In der Umgebung gibt es viel zu entdecken, Mani ist im Vergleich die wildeste und ursprünglichste Gegend des Peloponnes. Darüberhinaus ist Georgios ein überaus freundlicher und aufmerksamer Gastgeber. Absolute Empfehlung!

Wir hatten wunderschöne Tage in Danis Haus und haben uns sofort wohlgefühlt. Ein traumhafter Blick begrüßte uns am Morgen zum Frühstück. Die Kommunikation war außerordentlich freundlich und zuvorkommend. Gerne wären wir noch länger geblieben, es gibt noch so viel Schönes zu entdecken in Peloponnes. Vielen Dank für den tollen Aufenthalt und die Aufmerksamkeiten die wir darüberhinaus genießen konnten. Wilma sagt danke für Ihr kuschliges Hundebett und die Spielsachen. Wir alle haben die Zeit dort genossen und kommen gerne wieder!!!

I had an amazing time in Claudia's house! It is an entire little house with a front- and a backyard full of trees and nice plants, beautifully located, tastefully furnished, with everything one may need! The place is close to the beach, to a very nice cafe, and in walking distance to restaurants and supermarkets along the beach. There are also many hikes one can do from the house, and it's the perfect place to explore the Mani (like Areopoli, the caves of Dirou or the towers of Väthia) or more touristic places like Kardamyli. The neighborhood is quiet and friendly. Claudia is a wonderful host, who made me feel at home right away. I can recommend the place without any reservations and will try to return as soon as I can!

It's the 2nd time we stayed at Eleanna's place. We've been there last year too. It's a really wonderfull place for those who love simplicity, quiet and calm place. It is so relaxing for the nerves. Sound of waves, birds, the view, all is peaceful. We will come again with pleasure.

Schönes kleines Versteck in einem idyllischen Ort umgeben von großartiger Natur. Und Claire war eine ausgezeichnete Gastgeberin! Bonus: Wir haben soviele Tiere gesehen. Schmusige Hunde und Katzen, aber auch Fuchs, Marder und sogar Dachs!

This is the place you will feel comfortable and will be able to relax from noise. There are 2 work places (separate rooms , tables and chairs) perfect for someone who works remotely. Super clean ! Top comfy and large bed! Place is spotless! There is everything you need in the kitchen (olive oil , salt/pepper , coffee , cookies:) ) Totally recommend!

we stayed here for 4 nights and our favorite part was sitting out on the balcony and taking in the views. A cute little walkway is just below, going along the water to a nice pier. You definitely need a car since it's out of any tourist area, but the drive there is really nice, about 2 hrs from Athens and only 20 min from Nafplio. Lots to discover all around. Christos is a great host, very responsive and had alot of great recommendations. One thing I would note; road noise can be loud since you're so close to a road (earplugs did the trick though).

This location is spectacular. At one end of the bay, you can either a ride or walk to the marina is relaxing and beautiful. The accommodation is impressive and prepared for a comfortable stay. Bikes, kayaks, sunbeds, paddleboards included. Thanks so much, we had the best stay! We dream of our return 🙏

Great place to stay and explore the neighbourhood. We had some delicious snacks and water on our arrival. Nice view on the pier and walkable distance to the beaches.

Siamo stati una notte in un gruppo di 5 persone. L’alloggio si è rivelato anche migliore delle aspettative, con davvero tutti i servizi possibili e ampio spazio per stare tutti comodi. L’host è stato gentile, e proattivo e gli dobbiamo un grazie particolare perché abbiamo dimenticato due cose nell’appartamento dopo il check-out e appena glielo abbiamo comunicato si è subito attivato!

We loved our stay in this gorgeous little place. Perfect location walkable to the port with plenty of great restaurants and beautiful swimming spots close by.

In dieser hochwertigen Villa waren wir für neun Nächte und haben die Zeit dort sehr genossen. Das recht neue Haus ist modern eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Große Räume, eine Terasse mit tollem Meerblick und viel Ruhe. Man ist auf der Anhöhe komplett privat und kann die Ruhe genießen. Umgeben von vielen Olivenbäumen wohnt man praktisch mitten in der Natur. Einzig die Zufahrt zum Haus ist für den normalen Straßenfahrer etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig, da es vom Meer hoch zum Grundstück doch recht steil bergauf geht. Da aber praktisch kein Verkehr herrscht, kann man ganz entspannt und langsam hoch- bzw. runterfahren. In der Umgebung gibt es fantastische Strände (meisten mit Steinen) und nach Kalamata selbst fährt man ca. eine 1/2 Stunde mit dem Auto. Wer also Ruhe sucht und in einem modernen Haus mit viel Platz urlauben möchte, dem sei dieses Anwesen sehr zu empfehlen.

Een fantastische accommodatie met adembenemend uitzicht. Erg geschikt voor als je van rust en ruimte houdt. Heerlijke kleine strandjes in de omgeving en voldoende uitstapjes voor een week. Wij hebben genoten en komen graag nog eens terug. Goede en snelle communicatie met de host.

Very nice villa for a large family or two families together. Minutes away from Plytra beach.

We loved our stay at George's place in Kardamyli. The views from the balconies, the comfortable beds and walking distance to the charming town were all pluses. George was easy to communicate with and his colleague met us at the unit to show us around when we arrived. The unit was well appointed and felt very private. Highly recommended.

A comfortable house with a lot of utilities to facilitate a longer stay. Located in a forest area, it is suitable for people looking for solitude. Navigating via GPS coordinates is the way to find it. The bonus is that the best Leonidio restaurant, Myrtoon, is nearby. The host is positive and very responsive.

Anastasios's home was comfortable, with exquisite views, safe parking, a short drive to Gythio town and a range of sights and restaurants, but also walking distance to 2 great tavernas in the local village. His restaurant recommendations and suggestions for things to do were excellent. We would definitely love to visit again.

Amazing home in a quiet and convenient location. This is a real home place- all of the special furnishings, art, and photos make this home more special. It is a walk to Gytheion and the beach in Mavrovouni Beach, about 30 minutes each way and obviously the way back is uphill- but a very nice walk (especially after eating a big meal). This area is so nice and peaceful. Avra provides anything you may need at the home- towels, cooking essentials, food, snacks and drinks! What a great place to stay!

Parfaite maison pour 2 couples et un bébé . Spacieuse , un emplacement exceptionnel avec une vue exceptionnelle et à part une fête de voisinage très tard un soir , l’endroit était très tranquille et paisible , un plaisir pour les yeux. Nous avons été très bien accueilli par la belle maman et étions très heureux que le lit pour le bébé soit préparé a notre arrivée. Nous recommandons vraiment cette location Arbnb !
