The house contains 2 lovely bathrooms and is also provided with a sauna and associated outdoor shower, where there is a good view of the beautiful natural plot.

The house contains large kitchen, living room, bathroom, utility room with washing machine and dryer. 3 bedrooms, (1 on the ground floor and 2 on the 1st floor) The house is with stairs and therefore not suitable for small children. Lovely large secluded garden with several terraces, sun loungers, outdoor furniture and gas grill. If the weather is bumping, there's a great orangery with both a dining area and a cozy nook. Pets are not allowed.

Enjoy lunch from the sea view terrace and there are terraces on all the four sides of the house - 2 covered. Sæby harbor is within walking distance - only 2 km distance. Similarly, a short distance to both the city center/shops, forest if you are into MTB or walks. There are 2 sup boards with wetsuits, life jackets and all equipment ready.
