Perfect villa for the family with children in Sæby. 850 m to delicious beach. 200 m to Nellemann's garden and the forest. The house contains a utility room with a washing machine. Nice new open kitchen with kitchen island. Cozy living room and dining table for 6-10 people. From the kitchen there is access to the cozy covered terrace with barbecue, there is a dining area on the terrace for 6 people and in addition there is a fireplace and 2 sun loungers. Closed garden with trampoline. It has 2 bedrooms. In the house there is lego etc. a very child-friendly accommodation😊

Luksus villa 200 meters from beaches.

Large and exclusive villa of 270 sqm. The villa is located 200 meters from the beach and has sea views. There are terraces and balconies so there is a possibility of sun morning and evening. There is an outdoor shelter, fire pit, barbecue, children's area and outdoor hot tub with a constant temperature of at least 35 degrees. The villa is completely renovated in 2020 and consists of the best materials. There are for the villa bla. 3 bedrooms, 2 toilets with bla. The villa is also close to the city center and harbor. Car can be rented.

Wonderful villa - room for socializing both inside and out

Relax with the whole family in this serene home. The space is bright and welcoming. It is located in a quiet residential neighborhood that invites you to relax and enjoy. With just 500 meters to the beach, it's also ideal for a morning dip before enjoying your morning coffee on one of the house's many terraces. Both Sæby city center and the city's charming harbor are only 2 km from the accommodation. Around the house there are many open spaces for children to romp on and within 300 meters there are several nice playgrounds.

Basement room with inflatable mattress. Lots of opportunities for extra beds. Large kitchen, with access to enclosed garden. Dining room sleeps 10 guests. Bed linen and towels can be rented (75, - Per person) The house is expected to be cleaned and in a condition together as at the reception. Annex in the Backyard that is not accessible.

Sæby Torv, the beach and the harbor are in short walking distance. Across the road you'll find Sæbys' best bakery. Great patio with barbecue and lawn, play and ball game. Lots of bikes available. Electricity and heating, TV and internet included. Parking on the property's lot that sleeps 2 cars. Ideal for families with young children. Laundry as agreed.

Flot moderne bolig i Sæby fra 2022 på 186 m2 i skønne omgivelser med havudsigt over Kattegat og til Sæbygaard Skov (100 m.) NYT - privat ladestander til elbil som gratis kan benyttes. (Kræver Clever abb.) Huset rummer stort køkken-alrum med spisebord med plads til 12, hyggelig stue med stor sofa, 4 værelser + soveværelse samt 2 badeværelser med bruser i begge og badekar i det ene.

We had a great, stormy autumn week at the summer house on Læsø. Before the wood stove, we were always able to warm up comfortably. There was everything you needed (you have to bring your own bed linen and towels) - the kitchen was comparatively very well equipped. Thank you for the time.

Lovely cottage, with three good rooms, kitchen and wood-burning stove. Everything was super clean and tidy, which was lovely. Everything worked impeccably and Signe was super nice to respond when picking up keys and when responding to checkout. Læsø was really beautiful in its nature. We visited the salt shed, the kids thought it was fun to see in the telescopes in their lookout tower. We visited “Storhaven” with animals that the kids thought were cozy and where you could have a cup of coffee and an ice cream indoors as well. We were out picking oysters which was an experience. We went for long walks by the beaches on both sides and we got to see two seals at Hornesk Odde. Læsø's nature was very different and beautiful on either side of the island and so were the two ports. We had a really good dinner on Valentine's day, at Vester harbor Kamilla restaurant - the old restaurant Vesterøl (now restaurent Sola). This was really the icing on the cake. Here we sat at the long table and had the opportunity to talk to nice locals.

Nice stay and the place was very similar to the photos, Zoë responds quickly to any questions. It was a bit confusing to communicate with both Zoë about the booking itself, but that next door you had to contact Dancenter to get check-in information.

5 star holiday home in lesø-by traum

The beautiful and well-equipped house has been the setting for our family vacation and has been perfect for it. Opportunities for activities and for relaxation both outside and inside for both children and adults, and we have all enjoyed being in the house. The kitchen is nice and very well equipped, there is simply everything you need, even good, sharp knives, which is unusual in a rental property. I would definitely recommend the accommodation to others and also hope to come back myself.

It was a great vacation. Laesö is fantastic. The cottage was in the middle of the forest, so quiet and surrounded by nature. House was clean and nicely decorated, there was nothing missing. We immediately felt really comfortable. The very special thing was the indoor pool with sauna and hot tub tub tubs. That was fantastic. Also the whole administration was super easy and all very friendly. Thank you for that! We'd rent this house again anytime, it's really recommended. Pure vacation!
