Holiday rentals with beach access in Lago di Garlate

We chose Fishermans House partly on the basis we wanted a view of Lake Como. What a view we had. The view from the living room windows and the bedroom was stunning. We got what we wanted! The bed was super comfy. The shower was good. The rest of the amenities suited us just fine for our stay. Savina was a lovely host very responsive to all our questions. She came over quickly when we needed something. We had the best time in Lake Como.

My wife and I stayed in Nertilia's apartment, which corresponded to what was listed on the site. Very clean apartment with attention to detail. Hosts available and gave us directions and tips on Lake Como. We had a great time, we recommend it.

I honestly don’t think I could recommend this place more if I could. From the amazing communication with Emi, the extremely clean and well looked after property to the VIEWS… it was just perfect! I cannot express how incredible the views are from this property, we kept saying it just doesn’t look real, this is certainly the place to go! Emi was also so helpful and lovely, she was able to get all our reservations even though I left it so last minute, she was also at hand when we needed help or guidance, she just made the whole experience so smooth it really made our experience that much better. I thank you so much for a trip of a lifetime!

Such a beautiful view and the town is so beautiful too. Check out the walking trail greenway pass for even more sights to see. Vincenzo was so helpful and he even gave us the best restaurant recommendation that his son manages. Cant wait to come back!!

We stayed in apartment 2 for 3 nights. The location was perfect for us - direct access to the lake just across the street. We were both on the public beach section and on the private terrace with direct lake access. Everything you need for a few days' vacation was available in the apartment. Only 5 min. walk to the center of Onno, where a few restaurants can also be found. We especially liked the quiet location, without much tourist hustle and bustle. We were very happy and would book the place again at any time.

A nicer place is hard to find around Como lake. Such a beautiful house and close to impossible to find a caring host together. It makes the most sense to stop looking for another place and book a place with great service. Thanks for everything

Manuele was an amazing host. He sent us so many recommendations and even got us a super good deal on a private boat tour. The place was very nice, roomy, and the pool and are was super nice. Be ready for a decently long walk though if you want to go into the main part of town.

The Airbnb was in a very convenient location, near Varenna-Esino station and the ferries. The space itself was massive with two bedrooms and all the accommodations we needed. It was especially nice to have a washer, and drying rack in the patio. While most of the place was clean, the floor was just a bit dirty but nothing concerning. The bathroom also smelled like cigarettes, but we think it may from our neighbors because it would come and go. We did encounter a storm during the first night so our power went out, but no more than 20 minutes. The host was very responsive and had great restaurant recommendations. Overall, we loved the Airbnb stay.

Federico is a very nice person, friendly and helpful. The place is beautiful and clean. Everything you want is there. Location is great right in front of lake Como and lots of restaurants around I definitely recommend and for sure I will visit again. Thank you Federico

Natalia has a beautiful home in a truly amazing location. Highly recommend.

The house is located on the road, next to the lake, in the very small village. Road is not too busy and it very quite at night, btw it’s better to have a car to get around. Big and beautiful garden with amazing view over the lake. Very nice to chill there during the breakfast. Also beach is across the street. Luigi and family are very nice hosts, responsive, showed things around and provided good tips. House itself is spacious and have plenty of space to store clothes. Big bath and shower with good water pressure. Good kitchen with all necessary appliances. Everything is very clean. Comfortable bed. Good WiFi speed. Supermarket is 15-20 min drive and there are few cafes nearby. There is ferry stop 10 min walk, which run few times a day to Bellagio. Overall, nice base to explore lake Como or just to relax at the beach and enjoy nature. Highly recommend.

The view alone is worth the trip!

Amazing host and a breathtaking view. Too bad we couldn't use the pool due to cold windy weather but had an amazing time with family and kids. with only 10 min drive to local attractions and ferry. I would highly recommend this Michele and his property.

Such an amazing place right at the lake side, so peaceful & beautiful. Apartment was clean, tidy, very bright, we enjoyed big windows. Chirping of the birds early morning while having coffee on the terrace was music for our ears. We celebrated mini honeymoon here & did not regret. Only thing we regret is not staying longer. Marcos place was great with restaurants nearby and great scenery of the mountains on the lake. We had a car and it was nice to be able to park right in the garage! The place was clean and spacious. Highly recommend!

Peaceful village away from main tourist areas but with easy transport arrangements to access via train, boat & road. Good accesible local amenities & with a stunning panoramic view of Lake Como from the balcony. The apartment was well equipped and perfect for a long stay.

Gian greeted me and my wife at the train station and walked us to the apartment. Gian spent time explaining the local area, where to go, where to eat etc. The surrounding area is absolutely stunning, the view from the apartment and surrounding area is breathtaking. The walk to the ferry port is less than 100m and was never as busy as the other ports. We would absolutely recommend staying here and will be back sometime!

The stay with Nadine and Raymond was very nice. The Airbnb has all the necessary things, is super located and Nadine and Raymond always responded quickly to small questions. We will be happy to come back!

Andrea was very responsive all the time. Andrea’s place is beautiful. Very modern and clean and had everything my wife and I needed including an iron, washing machine, and a cool sound system. The kitchen was fully functional as well. The views from the balcony and bedroom are amazing. Just as shown in the pictures. Andrea had many suggestions of things to do and places where to eat that were quite helpful. Our stay was very enjoyable. This place is truly a gem in Lago di Como.

Wow, this place exceeded expectations. The view from the terrace/balcony was jaw dropping. Place was incredibly clean, beds were very comfortable, plenty of towels, and very spacious for four people. Check-in was very clear, the host greeted us and provided great instructions for arrival. Bellagio is a 10 minute bus ride from the location which was great. There is an amazing restaurant just down the street called Hotel Villa Aurora that was so amazing we went two days in a row. There is a bus stop right outside the location as well. I can’t emphasize enough how beautiful the view was from the terrace. This is one of the view places that I will definitely return to. Thank you, Lino for your hospitality. An extra plus was that the tv had all the streaming apps to enjoy in the late evening.
