Everything about it is excellent The host was very welcoming, the accommodation was perfect, very beautiful and very clean.

This place is really a gem! I can’t believe that it really exists. Not for the faint of heart; the drive in is a bit tricky if you’re not used to dramatic terrain and mountain roads. That said it is the most private and beautiful places I have had the pleasure of visiting. The garden was really a wonderful surprise, but be sure you bring in all the food you need for your stay—groceries are far from this place. The view is amazing—the deer are adorable—the house is spotless and incredible. My only regret is that I don’t speak German or Italian and couldn’t chat with Alois about his incredible preserve!

We spent 5 nights in a beautiful apartment that leaves nothing to be desired. It was the best apartment we've ever stayed in. From the impeccable cleanliness, to the fantastic view from the balcony, to the extraordinarily warm hospitality of the hosts, everything fits here. Those looking for peace and relaxation are in the right place. We can recommend this apartment to anyone without reservation. Highly recommend staying at the Apartments Emilia - the host was extremely welcoming and friendly, meeting us for check in and giving thorough instructions and input on the area. The place was in the perfect location, having both privacy, amazing views, and easily able to get to town via the provided bus card or your car. The room itself was modern, clean, inviting, and had everything we needed. Will definitely stay again on our next trip!

Almost everything was perfect — the neighborhood was wonderfully peaceful, the apartment was spotlessly clean and fully equipped, and there were two supermarkets within walking distance. The interior looked exactly like the photos. The only downsides were the lack of an elevator, the host’s very slow response time, and the fact that no bathroom amenities were provided.

Best apartment in Europe v modern and wonderful location

It was a pleasant stay at the top modern apartment. We recommend it very much.

We visited in late May. The pictures match the experience. It is peaceful and less busy than nearby Ortisei (which is a pleasant downhill walk or free bus trip away). Some would say the town was too quiet that time of the year as many restaurants and bars were closed. The accommodation was spotless and undercover parking. We hiked each day and enjoyed the accommodation.

Totally recommend! Everything about this was special. The space is so well designed and comfortable, there has been so much thought put into all the details. The view is incredible and the bed was so good! Recommendations for activities were so appreciated and very special. I would love to return!

Excellent accommodation and location. The town of Gudon is beautiful and it is worth staying here to enjoy its tranquility and beautiful surroundings. Daniel is an excellent host, as he is friendly and very attentive to what you may need. The apartment is very spacious and very well furnished and decorated. Super comfortable bed and spacious bathroom. We hope to be able to return soon!

Daniel is a great host, with beautiful appartements in the cosy village of Gudon. Everything was spot-on, from the place itself to the local recommendations. Would highly recommended this place and I intend to go back one day.

This was easily the best Airbnb I have ever stayed at. It was incredibly clean, the views from the balcony were immaculate, the bed was VERY comfortable. They offered dinner which I indulged in for one night for only 10 euros (I got the tris of dumplings, which is a traditional Tyrolean dish), and it was delicious. The host was very responsive and helpful. When I was there, they had two week old goats, so that made my experience even better! The Airbnb is in a quiet area that is reached by narrow, windy roads. Which I loved. It was just the experience I needed for this trip. I would recommend this place to anyone :)

Daniel's place was a hidden gem and truly one if a kind. We had a fantastic stay and the airbnb was very well equipped with all we need. Daniel was very responsive and helpful throughout!

This place is a GEM! We were made to feel welcome by the whole family including their beautiful friendly dog. The apartment is perfect and we couldn’t ask for more. Whether you’re a group of friends or a couple you would be extremely happy with this place. Modern apartment, sauna, rain shower, VIEWS!, balconies, HOT TUB… the list goes on. This is the best Airbnb I’ve had the pleasure of visiting, cannot recommend enough. Cannot thank our hosts enough. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️🌟

An outstanding place to stay! It's huge and perfectly set up. The interior design is amazing, a great modern interpretation of traditional Tirolian style. The huge hot tub, which was ready to use when we arrived, and the Finnish sauna are amazing highlights.. The apartment is located in the center of the small town with stores, restaurants, and wonderful trails in easy walking distance. This stay was a special experiance that we will remember for a long time to come! 10 out of 10.

We rented Arthur's two large apartments with a total of 4 couples (2 kids). We had a great week! The apartments are very spacious and because each couple has their own bathroom, there was a lot of privacy! Also enough space in both apartments to dine/sit together with everyone. Walking distance to the slopes (tow lift Nives). There is storage space with heated elements for ski boots in the garage, but we chose to keep our belongings in the depot next to the ski lift. Within walking distance of the village, supermarket, restaurants, and so on. One of the bathrooms has been recently renovated, the photos show an old bathroom with bathtub, but this is now a very nice new bathroom. Arthur is a very friendly host, he is very responsive and very helpful. In short, we had a great week and booked again for next year!

Beautiful apartment right next to the ski lift. We visited during low season and it was just as serene. Would definitely go back

Wow, wow, wow this place is so beautiful and magical. Views of the Dolomites straight out your window. Beautifully appointed cabin with everything you need. The spa and saunas are fantastic after a day of exploring this incredibly gorgeous part of our planet. Ilaria is the most welcoming host even offering fresh eggs and locally made cheese. This portion of our Italian holiday will remain etched in our memories forever.

We have stayed at a lot of air bnb’s and the most noteable thing that put Robert’s place ahead of the rest, besides the amazing view and beautiful property, was how welcoming and generous he was. In addition to great recommendations, he went the extra mile to greet us with a thoughtful basket of goodies upon arrival. The property was also impeccably stocked with everything you could possibly need from first aid kits, fully stocked kitchen, and extra toiletries making our stay comfortable and stress free. It is clear the host put a lot of care into creating a great experience for his guests. We highly recommend staying here and would love to come back!
