Our house is located in Lajen-Ried, at 780 meters above sea level, on the sunny southern slope at the entrance to the Val Gardena - the ideal starting point for your skiing and hiking vacation. Lajen-Ried is a scattered settlement surrounded by fields, meadows and forests. The immediate surroundings are a dream setting for hikers and cyclists. Enjoy your vacation in nature, walking, mushrooming or cycling in the forest. We are located in the heart of South Tyrol and are very centrally located.

Unique design apartment in a historic farmhouse

One out of our five delicately renovated apartments located on the second floor of a charming, characterful farmhouse. It is one of the oldest buildings of a cosy little village in the Valle d’Isarco in Northern Italy. We find ourselves right in the center of sun-blessed South Tyrol, on a hilltop at the entrance of the Gardena and Funes valleys. Close to the dolomites mountains but not far away from the popular towns of Bolzano and Bressanone it is an ideal starting point to explore the region.

Florentine's lovingly renovated apartment (80 sqm) with 3 bedrooms (2 double beds, 1 bunk bed) 1 bathroom, living room, kitchen above Seis. Enjoy the wonderful views of the Santner, Schlern and the village of Siusi allo Sciliar! On the spacious terrace you can soak up the sun, eat and relax at the end of the day. The apartment is located on the edge of the forest and is the perfect starting point for hikes. Within walking distance you can reach the bus stop to the Alpe di Siusi cable car.

Unsere Ferienwohnung befindet sich in zentraler Lage, aber inmitten der Natur, in einem ehemaligen Bauernhaus, dem Glunhof: im Frühling, Sommer und Herbst ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen und Radtouren etwa in die nahegelegenen Dolomiten, im Winter ein perfekter Standort für Wintersportler; das bekannte Grödnertal beispielsweise liegt in unmittelbarer Umgebung. Das Künstlerstädchen Klausen mit Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Gastronomie ist zu Fuß in 5 Minuten über den Radweg erreichbar.

You'll love my place because of the quiet location in the middle of meadows and forests. The beautiful view from the balcony of the apartment, where you can still look at the starry sky with a glass of wine. With a little luck, you can also watch a wild animal, such as a stag or a doe. For your lunch or dinner you can get fresh herbs from the herb garden and fresh milk and eggs from our chickens. We also have fresh milk and eggs from our chickens for breakfast. The South Tyrol Pass is free.

Das Apartment liegt im Erdgeschoss unseres Einfamilienhauses. Die 60 m² große Wohnung liegt fußläufig 2 min vom Stadtzentrum des Künstlerstädtchens Klausen entfernt sowie direkt am Radweg. Mit den sehr nahe gelegenen öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln können Sie schnell beliebte Städte wie Bozen oder Brixen erreichen, einen Ausflug auf eine der nahegelegenen Almen wie die Villanderer oder Seiser Alm sowie auch nach Gröden oder Villnöss machen. Parkplatz für Auto und Motorrad auf dem Gründstück.

Situated in La Valle, on a hillside overlooking the mountain panorama as well as the valley, the apartment Confolia 3 is located in a typical alpine residential house. The rustic holiday apartment consists of a cosy kitchen with dining table and corner seat, 2 bedrooms as well as 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 5 people. Amenities also include Wi-Fi as well as a TV and if requested in advance, a cot and also a high chair for children are also available (for free).

In einer ruhigen Lage in der Natur liegt der Rautnerhof. Der Hof wird mit Passion gepflegt, Tiere und Natur stehen im Mittelpunkt. Außerdem bietet die Lage ein optimalen Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen, der Teich am Hof eine optimale Abkühlung im Sommer oder Platz zum Eishockey-spielen im Winter und der Stall und die Gehege eine ausgezeichnete Möglichkeit den Tieren etwas näher zu kommen. Das Apartment bietet Platz für vier Personen und einen tollen Blick auf die Dolomiten.

Meine Unterkunft liegt in der Nähe des Dorfzentrums, welches in 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar ist. Die Panoramabahn auf die Seiser Alm in 10 Minuten Fußweg zu erreichen. Das Auto kann im hauseigenen Parkplatz stehen bleiben. Zudem befindet sich der idyllische Völser Weiher und das historisch bedeutsame Schloss Prösels in meiner Nähe. Du wirst meine Unterkunft wegen der freundlichen Atmosphäre, der liebevoll renovierten Wohnung und wegen unseres gepflegten Gartens lieben.

The completely new and stylishly furnished Alpine Chalet Aurora Dolomites is located in the mountain village of Lajen in a quiet and sunny location. Directly connected to meadows, fields and hiking trails, the beautiful natural landscape of the Isarco Valley and the Val Gardena can be enjoyed. The Alpine Chalet Aurora is equipped with its own open-air solarium or a large garden terrace, a dining area, some sun loungers and many play equipment for children.

Our farm is located at 1175 m above sea level, a 15-minute walk above the South Tyrolean sun village of Lajen. Meadows and forest surround our house. You can consciously experience nature again, listen to the birdsong and breathe the clean air. Our organic farm is characterized by animal welfare. In the sunny village of Lajen, only 500 m from our farm, you will find 2 churches, 3 inns, 1 pizzeria, 2 shops, 1 baker, 1 butcher, 1 pharmacy, 1 bank.
