The Fichtenzauber vacation home was created from old spruce timber. It is located on the outskirts of Riedhausen and is located on the farm grounds in the middle of the countryside. In the immediate vicinity is the Pfrunger-Burgweiler Ried Nature Reserve, the second largest moor area in southwestern Germany. This natural experience is within walking distance and offers the opportunity to participate in various guided tours. The area offers numerous hiking and biking trails, natural swimming lakes and a variety of gastronomy.

Herzlich willkommen in unserem kleinen Paradies! Wir haben uns über die letzten Jahre ein kleine Oase erschaffen, in der es uns an nichts mehr gefehlt hat. Von Gästezimmer, über Sauna, Whirlpool, Glamping Dome, Pavillon und Outdoor Küche umfasst unser Garten alles was man für eine gemütliche Zeit braucht. Wir wohnen am Rande einer sehr kleinen Ortschaft, etwa 14 kilometer vom Bodensee entfernt. Der Garten ist umgeben von Natur und hier in der Region lassen sich viele schöne Dinge unternehmen.

Hier thront Ihr hoch oben mit einer herrlichen Sicht über den See bis zu den Alpen. Ideal für eine erholsame Auszeit ausserhalb der hektischen Stadt. Ein prima Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge mit dem Rad oder zu Fuss in die wunderschöne Umgebung. Zum See sind es nur ein paar Minuten den Berg hinunter. Hier könnt Ihr mit der Fähre nach Meersburg übersetzen und auch die Insel Mainau ist nicht weit. In die Stadt führt Euch der schöne, lange Uferweg oder der kostenlose, direkte Bus (ca. 15 min.).

This beautiful new apartment (80 square meters of living space) is ideal for all Lake Constance lovers, hikers, mountain bikers and nature lovers. Close to attractions such as the Marienschlucht, the island of Mainau and Constance. Bodman is located on Lake Überlingen and offers a few nice restaurants. The cozy cottage offers you and your friends or family a cozy accommodation on Lake Constance. With lake and mountain views, you can enjoy the sun and relax on the terrace. From our "Nurdachhaus" you only need 12 minutes on foot to the next beach. If the weather is not so good, there are spas, museums and many other excursion destinations in the area. In 2020, there's also something new for our guests: the kitchen has been rebuilt to be more spacious, brighter and more modern!

The house is located about 15 / 20 minutes by car from some of the areas finest ski resorts like Mellau / Damüls, about 35 / 40 minutes to Austrias best and largest ski destination, the Arlberg, which is connected via Schröcken / Warth by direct cable car connection.

The apartment is freshly renovated, very bright through the large windows and modernly furnished. The living room is the attic and has mountain and lake views. The bus stops towards Friedrichshafen and Meersburg / Überlingen are right outside the door. The lake is within 5 minutes walking distance and the outdoor pool is within 3 minutes walking distance. There are various restaurants (hotels, Thai snacks, pizzeria, etc.) in the area and all within walking distance.
