The apartment is located in the basement (6 steps down but very light), south facing, sunny, quiet, with separate entrance for undisturbed privacy. The apartment has a garden/playground of 1.000 m2 where children, dogs and adults feel at home far away from the traffic. Free access to our Co-working office in the neighbour house.

The Kleinwalsertal offers beautiful hiking trails in summer, in winter it is a snow paradise for winter sports enthusiasts and families.

We lovingly renovated our house from 1608. At the top of the roof, the studio boasts amazing views. The garden with fireplace can also be used. Sports equipment such as sup are also included. We live in a renovated farmhouse with modern extension, in which we welcome guests. The guest apartment measures approx. 80 m2 and has its own entrance, kitchen, bathroom, dining/living room and bedroom with double bed. There is also a terrace with seating for use. Our gym can be used by appointment ( with or without support). The distance to Lake Constance is about 8 km.
