Our charming apartment is nestled in the woods with a prime view of your own private 15 ft waterfall in the backyard. Enjoy peace & tranquility while reading a book on the hammock or warm up by the chiminea while watching the fireflies scatter about the woods. The creek is approximately 3 ft deep at the bottom of the waterfall. The property is surrounded by State Forest. If the apartment gets rented, the rest of the house is blocked from being rented so you will not be sharing ANY space.

Nestled in the Summer Hill gated community at Lake Glenville, the main level has an open living area with a large sectional couch, breakfast bar off the kitchen, and dining area. The master bedroom has a king size bed with a TV. The loft functions as a second bedroom with a bunk bed and a pull-out trundle. The sleeping areas have separate entrances to a shared bathroom. There is an upper and lower deck, gas and wood burning fire pits, charcoal grill, Green Egg, and a hammock to hang outdoors.

Awaken in a luxury king size bed and slide open the garage door to sweeping views of the Smokies. Enjoy coffee on the deck. Fully furnished bed and bath, AC/Heat and kitchenette. Pets permitted $40/first pet $20/each additional pet. Area is fenced. Listen to the river while lying in the in-deck hammock. The perfect stage for a restful afternoon or night time stargazing. 245 square foot tiny house located in Glenville, NC! 2.5 miles from public access to Lake Glenville, 5 miles from Cashiers, and 1.5 miles from Sawyer Family Farmstead. We are less than 30 minutes to Highlands and Western Carolina University. Vaulted ceilings give an airy feel to the small footprint of the cabin. The bedroom is cozy with a queen bed and original artwork by my husband. The kitchen has a tiny stove, microwave, refrigerator, and coffee maker.
