Our guesthouse was completely renovated in June 2020, complete with king sized bed, quartzite countertops and full-size sleeper sofa. LOCATION!! - it is an easy one block walk to all the wonderful restaurants, bakery, coffee shop, pubs and shopping in Five Points. Sidewalks right in front of the main house beckon you to stroll through the beautiful historic neighborhood or walk on down to UGA's campus (.6 mi). Downtown is also an easy 2 mile ride just down the road.

This cozy apartment is located above a historic 5 Points home. It features a separate, private entrance accessible by a flight of 31 steps. The apartment has a sitting room, bedroom and bathroom with shower. Look out your window over the trees and walk to downtown, campus & shopping. The gazebo at the end of the driveway has a swing inside, and feel free to enjoy it!

Five Points Carriage House-walk to UGA or downtown

This lovely guest house is brand new with room for two. The restaurants, shops and pubs of Five Points are only 2 blocks away. The University of Georgia is also an easy stroll, and the vibrant downtown scene, with its festivals, events and southern charm, is less than 2 miles from our home. The carriage house is on the UGA bus line and a $6 Uber ride to downtown.
