Monthly Rentals in Lake Johanna

I felt very comfortable in Shubham's house and would happily return any time. The location is ideal, as you can be on the university campus in no time and there are various options in the immediate vicinity (e.g. Shurly Brewery, Market at Malcom Street and various lakes for swimming). The public transport connections are also very good, and it is very easy to get to the city centre by metro. The residents of the house are very friendly and accommodating and it was a great experience. We cooked together and had the opportunity to get to know different cultures, which was a great experience. This place is also very suitable for longer stays in combination with studies. Shubham is a great host, there for you around the clock and tries to answer all enquiries in the shortest possible time.

Home away from home. Nice quiet neighborhood filled with charming houses and s lots of neighbors out exercising, walking their dogs and socializing. This is more of a subdivision walkable to cafe’s, restaurants and Target. The shopping center which houses it has other retail places such as Cub Foods, a couple of Nail Salons and T-Mobile. Came in handy when I dropped my phone and cracked the cover. Was able to replace it on the spot. If you catch mass transit there are several bus routes within a 1mile walk as well. If one prefers closer amenities its car accessible and plenary of street parking if needed.

Faith's home was a quiet, peaceful place to stay while in town for a family gathering. It was clean, with a great bed, and she and her husband were friendly and welcoming.

Nate and Tom are both great people and hosts. Had very lovely chats with them throughout my stay here. The house is quiet, with a well stocked kitchen and bathroom. There is also a cold plunge on site which I really loved Each of the rooms in the house are for Airbnb so you'll meet different people, but there is a long term guest in the house. Great space and felt like a home that has been lived in rather than a short term rental. Would recommend
