The Red Cottage was a solid stay. My son and I needed somewhere for a quick one night get away and thankfully we found the cottage. Feels like you’re miles away from downtown and a beautiful space. Lots to do within walking distance.

We were visiting Asheville for a friends wedding and this provided the space and amenities we needed for a long weekend. It was peaceful and had a nice patio and outdoor space. It was an awesome suprise to see the fireflies twinkling in the trees by the creek at night while relaxing after a long day. It was just me and my husband but would be nice for a group of adults or a family getaway also. Plenty of space. Thanks for a good vacation!

Nice quiet spot walkable to downtown Weaverville. Easy drive to Asheville. Jay's instructions were super simple and easy to understand. I appreciate his communication and assistance!

We loved our stay! Everything we wanted to do was in close proximity and the recommendations for food were amazing! Our stay was peaceful and the cottage itself was lovely.

This is the second time our family stays a Larks Cove. We love it. We feel right at home. It’s such a cozy home and we love hanging out at the fire pit. The game room is very fun and the house over all is very clean. It si close to many places like Cherokee and Bryson City. Katharine takes the time to recommend places and to give clear instructions to arrive. Checking in is so hassle free which is a huge plus for us. This is why we came back and we will continue to come back

The Dogwood Cottage was such a charming cottage. It was even better than the description on Airbnb. From the beautiful outdoor deck to the clean and organized interior~ we were very pleased with our selection! I stayed on the Ms. Pac-Man arcade game till midnight.... My husband and I enjoyed our stay there, and we plan on returning one day.

This cottage is perfect! It is located in a quiet area. Francia's place is perfect for a weekend getaway with your dog. My miniature Schnauzer used the doggy door immediately. She loved the backyard. Everything about this place is comfortable! We will definitely stay again!

Location was very convenient, close to things while still feeling private. The cabin was great and back deck was a perfect spot to relax. Jody was very responsive and communicated well during our stay, I would definitely book this place again!

Beautiful property! The house was pristine, the yard was well cared for and great for exploring. The stream and waterfall, along with the historic mill were incredible. We enjoyed dinners outside, evening walks in the meadow, fireflies, sounds of waterfalls, and campfires with s'mores. Nancy is a highly thoughtful host and provided us with information about the area, fixins for s'mores and an immaculate while also very comfortable house. We explored Pisgah National Forest, went tubing with Brevard Tubbing, swimming in cool rivers, hikes with waterfalls.... and so much more. Thank you, Nancy, for opening your home to us, our kids and dogs. It was perfect!

I have to admit that I am not the best at writing reviews after staying at airbnbs, but this one was especially great for our family. We were traveling with our baby and 2 dogs, and we found the space very peaceful and well suited for us. I loved their fence for the dogs and the way the bedroom and living area is situated. Would highly recommend and will be coming back!

We enjoyed our stay here. It was a great location for getting around Asheville. The house was clean and roomy enough for our family of 5.

It was a rocky start since the place wasn't ready when we arrived at check-in time. Normally we arrive later anyway, but we had been up since early and had already explored the area for several hours. We just wanted to rest for a few before heading back out. Michael and Joseph went way above and beyond to rectify the situation and the place was ready in less than an hour. We loved the house, especially the California king bed. It was so comfy that I'm going to buy a Tuft and Needle bed. Our dog loved the house and quiet neighborhood too. My only suggestion for improvement would be blackout curtains in the bedroom. It was nice that the bedroom was separated by doors from the living room area, and that despite the unit being attached to the main house, it felt like its own space. The place is walkable to downtown (almost exactly a mile) but it was a little warm so we drove most of the time and went to River Arts District a lot too (quick drive). We would definitely stay here again.

A very nice stay. We had a group of seven and needed five bedrooms. This house was perfect for us. It was very much like a home with puzzles and books and TV and anything else we might want. Once we found it the first time it was easy. We kept forgetting to turn on a light before we left for the day so we came back to a lot of darkness. That was completely our fault. I would recommend this property to anyone who needed six bedrooms and three baths. They were very responsive when we had a question too.

Great cozy cottage. Loved the trail to walk my dog. The place was very clean . The host was extremely responsive. All around a great place to stay.

Great stay and location, would definitely recommend for pet owners. Uber/lyft rides were super cheap downtown too which was great.

This is absolutely the best Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in. I love to fish and the pond didn’t disappoint, caught bass, catfish and bluegill, it was a blast. It was so quiet and we really enjoyed the space by the pond. The home was immaculate!! We are already planning another trip to go back.

We can’t say enough good things about this place!! The pictures don’t do the views justice. The place was so clean and cozy and was probably one of the best Airbnb stays I’ve had! Maggie Valley was such a cute town too and not too far away from so many restaurants and hiking places. If you’re thinking about staying in this area, we can’t recommend Philip’s place enough!! I had an amazing stay with my boys for Father's Day weekend. This was absolutely perfect in every way and exceeded my expectations. It had breathtaking views while drinking coffe and everything in the home we could have asked for. Beau was a great host extremely responsive. I will definitely be looking to make my way back.

The Red Fern Cottage is gem located close to everything in Maggie Valley. It is been decorated with love for those who love nature, history and flowers. This place reminds me of visiting my grandmother in Michigan who loved flower arrangements. Thus for a relaxing vacation this cottage will make you feel at home.

Perfect location! Walkable to great delicious food spots and local shopping. The backyard was perfect for our pups. We felt at home with the comfy accommodations. I would recommend to everyone! We will definitely want to return since our niece will be attending college nearby next year.

This place was perfect for out stay. The location is centrally located but private, which we appreciate.

Sam’s place is very well kept and is an excellent choice for those with dogs and without. Clean and cheerful, it’s proof that you don’t have to lower your standards just because you’re traveling with your furry friend. I would book it for sure even if my buddy wasn’t with me, but I’d rather he was there to enjoy the lovely fenced yard and bbq grill (he’s got a thing for hamburgers.)

An extremely cozy and comfortable stay in West AVL. You almost feel like you are home! Ashton has done Ana amazing job making the Air BnB feel bright, airy and extra welcoming. It was spotless! The kitchen had all the utensils you might need to whip up nice meals. The outside seating area was so lovely, I highly recommended having your morning beverage out there and listening to the birds!
