You will find hints of our beekeeping passion throughout the home (but no real bees!), including a sample jar of our honey to enjoy! Washer/dryer, games, pack 'n play & a great covered front porch! Your stay at Red Cottage will be comfortable, easily accessible, and minutes away from Canton, Waynesville, and Maggie Valley. The circa 1950’s Cottage is fully renovated inside and out. Beautiful front porch and lovely sitting area in the rear of the Cottage. We are climate controlled with a mini split HVAC to keep you toasty warm in spring, fall, and winter and comfortably cool in the summer. Internet access and TVs in the living room and master bedroom. Washer and dryer included. Welcome!

This magical Maggie Valley Schoolhouse is one of a kind. Refurbished with handmade furniture, curated antiques and all of the comforting amenities of home, this Schoolhouse is the perfect mountain escape. Built in the 1800’s it was used as the first schoolhouse in the area. You will find treasures from its original days like a corn-cob floor patch, student names carved into the bead board wall and a bookshelf forged out of the original schoolhouse door. The area is serene, yet near to town.
