When the weather doesn’t cooperate (rare, but it happens), board games are on hand to keep everyone entertained. The large outdoor area offers plenty of room for both parking and play, making it ideal for family gatherings or getaways with friends. Gather around the firepit facing the lake, or relax in the Adirondack chairs on the patio to wind down from a fun-filled day. Located just 2 miles from Mile Creek Park, Paradise Point offers easy access to boat ramps, picnic areas, and hiking. Rest up! because Oconee County boasts some of the greatest views, waterfalls, hiking, biking, rafting, and fly fishing most within a 15 minute drive! Please do NOT bring your watercraft. The walk to the lake is very short on an almost flat surface. The home will accommodate a family up to six people. The house has two floors. The main floor has a large living room with plenty of comfortable seating and satellite TV service provided. The entire main floor has hard woods along with the Master Bed Room and bed room #2.
