Absolutely loved my stay here! The place was spotless, stylish, and incredibly comfortable. One of the highlights was definitely the swimming pool—clean, well-maintained, and a perfect spot to relax after a long day. The location was great—peaceful but still close to restaurants, shops, and local attractions. Check-in was smooth and the host was responsive, helpful, and made sure everything went perfectly. Highly recommend this Airbnb, especially if you’re looking for a place with a great pool and a relaxing atmosphere. Would definitely stay here again!

Great stay in every way…

Absolutely loved this place. Spacious, clean, quiet, and the hosts are very accommodating. They have the home stocked with everything you need. The pool area is perfect with complete privacy, equipped with a propane grill, extra towels and pool floats if needed. I will always book this place if we are headed to spend a few days out on lake Lanier. Love love love it.

The home was very beautiful exactly like the photos online. Very pleased with the host excellent communication and instructions . What a delightful place to stay. Plenty of room for the seven of us. It was great having the choice of playing ping pong, billiards, and such. Hiking was close by, and we were able to see multiple falls. So beautiful and peaceful.

We had a fantastic time. There were a few issues like the pool light being out and the kitchen utensils being broken. However, when I contacted the owner he was extremely responsive and worked to resolve the issue immediately. We are already talking about a return trip later this year or early next year. We can’t wait to come back. I highly recommend this Airbnb.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful lake house! It was perfect for our family—spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The view of the lake was so serene, and we loved spending time outside soaking it all in. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed, which made cooking meals a breeze. It truly felt like a home away from home. The peaceful setting and thoughtful touches throughout the house made our trip extra special. We would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing, family-friendly getaway, and we’d love to stay here again!

Fantastic host! Can’t wait to stay with them again

Had an absolutely amazing time staying here. It was beyond our expectations. The house itself is incredibly modern. You feel like you’re living inside a magazine photo. Every day we were sitting inside, we could see the farm animals grazing. In addition, the location is perfect because you are just a few minutes away from the main Ellijay city center with tons of restaurants and cute shops to explore. However, whenever you come back to the Air bnb, you feel like you’re in a rural oasis. All of this doesn’t even mention how amazing it was to be able to interact with Ted himself and his farm animals. He allowed us the opportunity to feed them, tour the farm, try some of their produce, and generally get an idea of what it’s like to take care of a farm like their’s. They also have multiple other properties on site in case you have a large group of people. Ted himself was everything you could want from an Air bnb host: friendly, positive, helpful, and responsive. Can’t wait to be back soon!

This lake house was perfect for our week at the lake! House was very spacious and clean, and the dock was an easy walk down the path behind the house. We were able to store our pontoon boat and 2 jet-skis under the covered slip at the dock ... so plenty of room there. Easy access to multiple restaurants as well as Lanier Islands from the water. Would definitely recommend this house for anyone looking to visit Lake Lanier.

We recently stayed at Dan's place for my Daughter's wedding in Cumming. It was great for the bridal party to relax and enjoy the night before the wedding and for our family to come to after the wedding.

I cannot say enough great things about this property. We arrived to the most beautiful house in a location that was utterly perfect! This home has absolutely everything you would need, essentially just show up with food and clothes! The beds were all VERY comfortable, soft linens, plenty of pillows and well put together. The living areas were cozy & comfortable. Games, items to enjoy the lake, outdoor areas, fire-it for s'mores were all a bonus. The kitchen was stocked with absolutely every thing you would need. The countertop icemaker was my daughters favorite feature! Our kids enjoyed the kayaks, paddleboards and floats. We enjoyed a glass of wine while watching them! Easy communication & great host. You could not ask for a better house! Thank you for the best stay! We will definitely be back!

This home was just what we needed to get away with our family. Close to Scoutland, on the lakefront and dog friendly. The kids enjoyed playing various games around thunderstorms. The kitchen had everything we needed. We will definitely keep this in mind for the future.

Excellent place to stay. Easy to find with plenty of room to park. We had 5 trucks and 2 boat trailers. It is a steep climb back from the boat dock but worth it.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay at Ellen’s place! The dock was particularly spectacular and such a nice place to hang out on a sunny afternoon! The outdoor space around the house was similarly pleasant. The only thing that stood out is that there are several additional security cameras on the exterior of the house as well as motion sensors and noise level detectors inside the home. Other than these, my family and I felt right at home!

Loved the house, especially the porch! We brought our boat over and it was very easy to dock the boat. Beds were comfy and house is very relaxing and spacious. The walk to and from the dock was a challenge for my mom, who is 74, but she made it. Would definitely return to this house!

Beautiful place for a weekend gateway close to Lake Lanier! Our family had a great time and will definitely look to return in the future. The game room, hot tub, and fire pit were great amenities. We also loved the peace and quiet in the backyard!

Really nice place to spend the weekend for an event we attended about 30minutes away. Host was responsive and the place was clean and well furnished. Will definitely stay again when back in the area.

The home was perfect in every way. The furniture and decor were fantastic, it was very clean, Heather was very thoughtful with endless special touches and detailed communication throughout. Everything was perfect and in an idyllic setting. Location was 5 minutes from friends — so that was also very convenient. I also LOVED the warm seat in the master bedroom. That is on my wish list! This was a great location for a weekend trip to the lake. Very accessible from Atlanta. Located in a quiet neighborhood. Nice location to access local restaurants, grocery stores, and the various sites of Gainesville nearby. Home was comfortable and clean. There was an included pack and play, high chair, and life jackets for kids that worked well for our little family.

This is a beautiful clean lake house. This house has everything you need. Great for families with lots of games and deer come by everyday to visit.

It is a wonderful, spacious home, with very nice bedrooms. Lots of TV's. Hot tub, ping pong and pool table were great features. The walk to the lake is long, much easier going down than coming back up. A great bonus is their eccentric neighbor that feeds 24 deer twice a day, so we enjoyed seeing deer daily.
