The loft is downtown lake odessa above a store front. Awesome for nightly or longer stays. It has Brick walls, barn siding, exposed ceiling, Murphy beds, fireplace. Walk down stairs , to r, antique shops, a fabulous old fashioned ice cream shoppe, seasonal. The public beach is walking distance. This would be an awesome place to have a group of friends party, however it can’t be used for that. It has to be more low key, there is an overnight rental below the loft. It’s great for relaxing

Welcome! This charming little house is a repurposed chicken coop on the farm. Enjoy the quiet, country life with all the comforts from home. The Coop is located between the main house and the large barn on a small hobby farm. This is a working farm with large and small animals, however, there are no hens in the guest house! During your stay, you are welcome to wander through the barn and visit all the animals. We do not have a TV, however, the internet works great!

Relax at the Cozy Retreat Cottage while enjoying the lake views. This cottage has 3 bedroom and 2 full baths and located directly on Jordan Lake. The dock is available for your boat whether it is a pontoon or a speed boat. We have 1 kayak and 2 paddleboards for your use. No more than 6 people on the property at a time and we do not allow parties, events or fireworks as we are in a residential neighborhood. The beautiful views will not disappoint.

Lakefront on Morrison Lake with access to the lake right from the backyard. All sports lake with good fishing. The house has a kitchen with dishes, pots, and pans. WiFi is available as well. There is a fire ring and picnic table in the yard. 2 kayaks available to use upon request. The dock is put in on Labor Day and taken out Memorial Day. The cottage is 37 minutes from Grand Rapids, Mi 28th Street. 40 minutes from Grand Ledge, Mi.

The 15 hand crafted windows allow for great views watching out for Michigan wildlife--White tail deer, turkeys, owls, coyote have all been spotted from the elevated wrap around deck. The biggest regret that guests have noted is “we wish we would have stayed longer”!
