It strives to be your best holiday location for discovering the Gorenjska region, various sport activities or just for relaxing and connecting with your friends or family.

This new apartment is perfect for 4-6 persons. It is located on the second floor and has a private sauna. The chalet on mountain pasture Uskovnica is equipped with all the luxury that you would want on your vacation. Please note that it is a mountain cottage and there is gravel road (2 km). On the ground floor there is a modern kitchen, a large dining table, a sofa and a bathroom. Upstairs there are two bedrooms, one with access to a large balcony. There is a Finnish sauna that you can use to relax. There is also a table with a bench outside, everything for relaxing after hiking.

All rooms are centrally accessible. For winter vacationers, the Gerlitze ski resort can be reached by shuttle bus (stop approx. 500 meters away) within 30 minutes, with your own car in 15 minutes. Enjoy relaxing days at Lake Ossiach in a well-equipped and modern furnished apartment.

Gradisch Forester's Lodge

The Gradisch forest house was renovated to the highest standard in 2022. Short driving times to the Carinthian ski resorts: Gerlitzen 20 minutes; Bad Kleinkirchheim 25 minutes; Turracherhöhe 35 minutes and to Lake Wörthersee and Lake Ossiach each 15 minutes. The large Zirbenstube as well as the pool heated with geothermal energy, a small sauna, the designer kitchen and a pool table are the highlights of this house.
