Beautiful and new complex equipped with all the luxuries with a great view. Filip was flexible with the arrival time and when there was a small problem on arrival he solved it quickly and in a pleasant way for us.

Wow !!! What an apartment, it was just beautiful. Spacious , modern and had all the amenities you could ask for . The balcony was spacious and the view from it was out of this world . Looking out over the beautiful lake and mountains.

We (3 adults, 3 kids) had a great 5 days at the Villa Muller. Some things to know: - our review is for the owner, Alexander Muller, and not Holidu, the service listed as the owner on AirbNb. Herr Muller is a great host, very responsive and friendly and extemely helpful. - there are two apartments in the building, each occupying one floor: Rotfuchs on the first floor, Turmfalke on the second floor. The owners live on the bottom floor. We were in Turmfalke, so two flights of stairs. - the apartment was very clean and had everything we needed. There are two bathrooms, each with shower, and a separate toilet (without a sink). - the lake is around 200 meters walk from the house, there's a cabin with with ice cream and drinks to purchase and fishing and boating gear. There is a rowboat, small sailboat, kayak and several paddleboards available to use. They also have bicycles, helmets and walking sticks and backpacks that can be used free of charge. The kids spent all their time at the lake!

One of our favorite stays ever! A neat, roomy, very well equipped apartment in a quiet mountain town a short drive from Slovenia’s amazing hiking trails . . . Some are even walkable from the apartment. Bojan (and his mother :) were wonderful hosts: friendly, responsive and very helpful. 10/10 recommend!

Alja is a welcoming, available and very caring host. His explanations are precise and have facilitated our movements. The accommodation is impeccably clean with a magnificent view of the Triglav mountains. It has the necessary equipment to cook and feel good. It is suitable for 2 people. For those who stay more than a week and/or like to cook, you should know that the kitchen space is limited (small hotplate), but corresponds entirely to the description of the accommodation. We stayed there for 12 days and everything went very well. His Bezeg syrup is delicious. A big thank you to Alja who deserves 5 for her sense of hospitality and her many personalized attentions. We'd love to come back!!! Recommended without hesitation.

This place is a perfect house to explore bled from. You can walk to everything but it’s in a quiet neighborhood tucked away from the business of town in summer. The house is beautiful - great outdoor spaces on decks and in the yard. The kitchen is really nice and well appointed and even has a great coffee machine. Host is fantastic - friendly and kind and great communicator.

Spanking new spacious unit with everything one needs for a super comfortable stay! Easy drive to Lake Bled or Bohinj, and a nice, quiet town to base yourself. All appliances are brand new – the owner spared no expense! Looks like (s)he furnished his / her own unit.

We absolutely loved staying in this Bled home. It is beautiful, cozy, and accommodating for a large group. We had everything we needed and more! The kitchen is fully stocked, and the location is perfect. Our group had such a lovely stay!

We had an unforgettable stay at this beautiful house during Christmas! The setting by the Radovna River was like something out of a holiday postcard, with serene views and a peaceful atmosphere. The house itself was warm (really, it was pre-heated right before our arrival), cozy, and equipped with everything we needed to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. We decorated the house ourselves for Christmas, and it added such a personal touch to the already lovely space. Spending time by the fireplace and enjoying the cozy atmosphere made our holiday truly special. The kitchen was well-equipped, making it easy to prepare our Christmas meals. Slovenia Estates team (special thanks to Beverley and Helena) was incredibly thoughtful and responsive, ensuring we had everything we needed for a perfect stay. Celebrating Christmas here was a wonderful experience, and we highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a peaceful and cozy getaway. We’d love to return in the future!

We stayed at the house for a week and had a wonderful experience. It was perfect for our family of four, offering all the amenities we needed throughout our stay. The house was modern, spotless, and thoughtfully designed, with two spacious bedrooms and a lovely bathroom on the lower level. Upstairs, we enjoyed a beautiful open-plan living area and a well-equipped kitchen, all enhanced by stunning views through the many windows. A large balcony extended from the living space, providing a perfect spot to sit back, relax, and soak in the surrounding scenery. The location is excellent, though a car is essential to make the most of your visit. We used the house as a base to explore the picturesque regions of Austria, as well as nearby Italy and Slovenia. Christoph was an outstanding host, with clear and consistent communication throughout our stay.

The view from Maya’s house is amazing…just like the pictures. The house is full of antiques and is so homey and unique. We did the walk around the lake, and you can start right from the house. Maya was an amazing host— so helpful and responsive to all of our questions! If you have a car, I highly recommend this place. It is a just a short drive into town, and is in a very peaceful location. One tip: We came in on a Saturday evening and all grocery stores in the town are closed on Sundays, so just be aware of that. (Restaurants are open though).

Gal was extremely nice and helpful. Everything went so smoothly from check-in until we left her place. She was also very understanding and accommodated our needs well. The house is beautiful and has everything you need and the location is the best, close walk to the lake, yet private enough that it is nice and quiet. I highly recommend this property.

Our family of five had a wonderful stay here. Robert's communication before arrival was quick and he was there to show us around the apartment at check-in. The apartment itself was neat and very clean. My kids enjoyed the fact that the whole family could sleep together in one room. I enjoyed the fact that even though this is a smaller sized apartment, everyone had an actual bed! Robert was very kind and gave helpful tips. He even called a friend in the know when we asked about the closure over the mountain pass to give us the most accurate information. Great two night stay for our family here. Thanks, Robert!

There were four of us for a week. The apartment is a real dream and left nothing to be desired. Extremely high-quality and new furnishings, a fantastic roof terrace, spacious and bright-friendly design made us feel right at home. The location is great, located in the middle of the city directly on the Drava and in the old town. Communication was extremely friendly and helpful at all times. The kitchen is state-of-the-art, fully equipped and prepared for every conceivable possibility. If you are looking for an unforgettable stay in Villach, this is the place to be. We can recommend this place without reservation.

Mario's place was perfect for staying in Kranjska Gora. It's close to so many restaurants and businesses. Kranjska Gora is a beautiful ski town right at the base of Triglav NP and Mario's was perfect for coming back after hiking all day to relax. I would highly recommend staying here and would love to come back

We booked the place for several nights and were very satisfied. The place was clean and modernly furnished. There was everything we needed in terms of amenities. We also liked the wellness area and the layout in the 2-hour slots worked smoothly. The location is simply fantastic - you can be in the hiking area within a few minutes. Those who want to travel here for this reason, among other things, are in the right place. A supermarket and a few restaurants are also within walking distance. In the quiet location of the accommodation, we and our dog felt very comfortable. If we plan to travel to Slovenia again, we would definitely come back. The only drawback: Due to the open shower in the bathroom, you put half the bathroom under water when showering. This might be a little better resolved. Otherwise, everything was great! Communication with the administration was also very good. Thanks also to Katja! :)

There is nothing to complain about that negatively affects living. Really a great apartment with a very nice decor! Unfortunately, as often in other apartments, the kitchen was partly not sufficient. There were no spices, oil, selection of cutting boards, pans turners and baking paper. Unfortunately, the bathroom has no lockable door, only a hanging sliding door, as well as the bedroom. Nevertheless, if you adjust to it, really super nicely located and excellent for the price. Very nice landlady.

Matej's place is well located, at a good distance from the lake and close to the supermarkets and bus stop. The garden and balcony were in our opinion the best parts of the house - we used both quite a lot to have lunch and dinner while enjoying the bright sun and tranquility of Bled. Matej also provides several nice amenities, such as a TV with a lot of shows and channels, baby chair and a washing machine (charged extra), and is always available to help.

We found this conveniently near to Bled Jezero station, but for walking there from the station it is best to find the shortcut up some steps in a garden. It is better to have a car for shopping and eating out. We would love to have tried the sauna and hot tub but didn't have time. Very pleasant compact apartment with all essentials.

Hi , we had very nice days in Klagenfurt and Irene's apartment. The apartment fully met expectations, it was very clean, cozy, well equipped, nothing was missing. The communication with Irene was really great, easy and very pleasant. Check-in went smoothly. The lake is only 5 minutes by car and in the evening you can easily get to the city by bus. The apartment is in a very quiet location. Thank you Irene for everything. We had wonderful days in Klagenfurt and Lake Wörthersee. Best regards, Manuel
