That`s right, out of the touristic season, our funky space converts to a photo studio for Tjaša, the host and lifestyle photographer. Ein ökologisch nachhaltiges neues Holzhaus sucht sympathische BewohnerInnen. Modern, komfortabel ausgestattet und mit allem was man braucht um so richtig zu entspannen. Hillside - also fußläufig auf die Berge, zum Kneipen und in ein paar Autominuten am See. Großzügiger Wohnraum mit vielen Möglichkeiten sich zurückzuziehen. Seit ein paar Tagen gibt es auch eine Außensauna, die nach einer ausgedehnten Wanderung zur Erholung dient.

Gradisch Forester's Lodge

The Gradisch forest house was renovated to the highest standard in 2022. Short driving times to the Carinthian ski resorts: Gerlitzen 20 minutes; Bad Kleinkirchheim 25 minutes; Turracherhöhe 35 minutes and to Lake Wörthersee and Lake Ossiach each 15 minutes. The large Zirbenstube as well as the pool heated with geothermal energy, a small sauna, the designer kitchen and a pool table are the highlights of this house.

You will live at an altitude of about 800m above sea level in the almost untouched nature of the lower Gailtal, in the immediate vicinity of countless Carinthian lakes, surrounded by the spectacular backdrop of the Gailtal and Carnic Alps.

Stelzenhaus in Schiefling am Wörthersee

The stilt-felt studio offers a spacious bedroom/living space to the west as well as a bathroom with bathtub. The highlight is an additional stove to be fired with wood . The single bed can be extended to a comfortable double bed (160 cm). There is also a small cooking facility and a fridge. A sink is not provided and the dishes can be done in the bathroom.
