It is located only 4 miles from Lake Ray Roberts State Park and for those wanting to venture out to Winstar Casino, we are located only 30 minutes away! With four bedrooms and four full bathrooms this spacious 2500 sq ft home can easily accommodate 10 guests. The open floor plan, sunroom with ping pong table, nice size kitchen and sitting area makes this home perfect for big families and entertaining.

Have an amazing experience in a real Conestoga Wagon with modern perks! 2 wagons side by side with western decor including a wagon wheel dining table and a modern "oil Lamp" to make the short walk to the bathrooms more fun! Nice and cozy retreat that sleeps 2-4 people located in the beautiful city of Denton TX. The cozy pad is very clean with a rustic vibe that opens up to a beautiful pool / hot tub backyard oasis. Perfect for a couples getaway or simply a night away from the everyday world. Owner lives on site in the main house that is separate from retreat. Pool is vary rarely shared when I’m home. For $40 more per day we can make sure the pool is private for your romantic getaway!!
