Monthly Rentals in Lake Simcoe

This cottage was a beautiful getaway for the whole family. We had seven guests and two dogs and fit very comfortably in Michelle‘s place. Location was great and it had plenty of amenities that were as described. We had an amazing time and would recommend this spot to anybody looking for it close to Toronto we can get away.

"Peaceful and Convenient Stay!" I had a great stay at this Airbnb! The place was very peaceful, making it perfect for relaxation. The location is incredibly convenient—just a 2-minute walk to Starbucks, FH Finefood grocery store, and plenty of restaurants. It made everything super easy, whether I needed coffee, groceries, or a nice meal. The host was also responsive and helpful. I’d definitely recommend this place and would love to stay again.

This has been hands down the best Airbnb we have ever stayed at. Dawn and Rob have truly thought of everything to make the space feel like home! They were very quick to respond to questions and had great recommendations for the area. The entire place was well stocked with everything you could think of including board games, cookware and much more. We will definitely be back!

Book it! Beautiful cottage. So many memories made here. The view and sunsets are incredible. It’s peaceful. The home is very clean. I felt like it’s actually better than the pictures show. Very spacious, modern and airy. Tastefully decorated. The backyard is huge and you get to use the kayaks which is an added plus! Takes 30 minutes to walk to moose beach. It’s actually such a beautiful walk. Hope to return.
