To the rear of the house is the garden, barbecue corner and lounge nook which are shared. Parking is not available in the yard, the closest option is “Mountain” Street (150m from the house) or the parking lot of Lake Viljandi (250m from the house). Domestic animals welcome.

Kick back and relax in this calm, recently finished (August 2022) cozy Saunahouse with an outdoor patio and eating area near Lake Viljandi. Saunahouse is located in a private yard and is perfect for 2 people, though an extra is possible. As the sauna is located in a private yard, there will be two extremely friendly Leonbergers (see the picture at the end) freely roaming around yard and maybe looking for belly-rubs or two, which is something to be considered.

To visit cafes in the city center, all you have to do is go up the hill on Tartu Street. Who doesn't want to climb the mountain will find even better sports conditions nearby - you can head almost straight out of bed to the health trail that goes around the lake! In addition, there are padel and tennis courts etc. close by.
