The open-concept kitchen and living room is space to gather, with two glass doors leading to breathtaking lake views. Enjoy shuffleboard in the main area or hangout by the fire-pit in the evening!

The bed and living area are shared space as this is a studio. The cottage is located behind main residence with self check in and check out ease. The house is in a quiet cul de sac neighborhood. The property has a fenced backyard. Small, house-trained dogs are welcome upon request. (Extra cleaning fees apply) This quaint and lovely two bedroom house is a 5 min walk from the lake and the Lake Waco Dam and walking path or a 5 mile drive to Baylor McLane Stadium and the Magnolia Silos. The Waco regional airport and Hawaiian Falls water park is approx. 3.7 miles away.

We are located in the safest historical neighborhood in Cleburne, not to mention the cutest! We worked hard to restore this 1940’s home with loads of character and charm. In fact we love this neighborhood so much that we live one block over. You will also enjoy being centrally located. The drive to downtown, the Hulen park, Splash Station, or HEB are less than 2 minutes away!
