The house was PERFECT for our graduation celebration with family and friends. All of the amenities were spot on - including the pool and hot tub, the size of the property with all of the trees, and the large kitchen, long island and spacious dining room. We were blessed with a beautiful orange sunset off the back of the deck which was the icing on the cake. I would definitely rent this house again.

This place absolutely exceeded all our expectations! The cabins were fantastic, and the sunset views from the hot tub were truly unforgettable. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed, the living room offered plenty of space to relax, and the beds were very comfortable. The host was exceptional—responsive, easy to work with, and made sure we had everything we needed for an amazing trip. We had a wonderful time and will definitely be returning!

We absolutely enjoyed our stay! The home was very spacious and in a peaceful neighborhood. The neighborhood pool was amazing and near the house. We would definitely stay here again.

This is our 3rd time staying here. It feels like our home in Kerrville. Stephen and his wife Cathy are wonderful people, and we enjoyed meeting them. All the bars and wine of Kerrville are only 10 to 15 minutes away. The peace quiet and beautiful views of the hill country are steps away on the deck. My favorite activity was to wake up early and take a run by the river trail, stop by Mary's for tacos and bring back breakfast and enjoy on the deck. It's a great start to a great day.

Zack & Becky home is perfect… the home was very clean and in a great location close to restaurants. Pictures do not give it justice the pool is very clean as well. We have stayed here a couple of times and look forward to staying in the future. They are very easy to communicate with as well.

Perfect location for wedding weekend at Park 31. Made things so much easier for my family and we had a great time on the property.

This was the most beautiful, spacious, accommodating, fully loaded, great smelling Airbnb that I have ever seen. My phone was waterlogged at SeaWorld and I was unable to get into it. For one moment I got in, long enough to get Vanessa‘s contact number so that we may have access to the property, and she picked up the phone immediately. Showed empathy and gave me the code to get into the property with no problems. My family loved living in Vanessa‘s Airbnb. Get this one guys, you will not be disappointed!

I decided to do a mini staycation. So I wanted a place with a pool and large yard so we could just hang out for a couple of days. Huasong’s place was perfect! Everything listed was accurate. Bonus, pool came with floats & floating volleyball net and basketball hoop already inflated! We used the fire pit to make s’mores! It was great having a bbq pit to use. The kids enjoyed the air hockey and mini golf. There is also workout equipment in garage. What it doesn’t have are tv’s in the bedrooms, but that might be a good thing!

It was a wonderful stay with lots of well thought out accommodations and amenities. Lots of space to spread out for our family of four plus our dogs to be comfortable and have down time from all the activities around town. The neighborhood was peaceful and quiet. We enjoyed it. Phillip was a gracious, proactive host always checking to make sure everything was good before, during and after our stay.

This was my second time staying at this amazing place, and it won’t be the last! The location is absolutely perfect—right in the heart of the Hill Country, close to all the best shopping and fun spots like Wimberley. After a fun day out, coming back to this clean, fresh, and super cozy home was just what I needed. The host was also kind enough to offer a late checkout, which was such a nice bonus. I seriously can’t recommend this place enough—already looking forward to my next stay!

We booked this place for the privacy and the unique bathrooms and were not disappointed! This place is super secluded with a private pool and spa that overlooks the dry blanco river bed. We hiked thru the ravine and saw deer, lizards and just about every species of migratory bird in the area. The painted buntings were literally singing to us from the trees above the pool, so that alone made the trip for us! We book for nature and privacy and this spot checked all our boxes and then some. Thanks, Grant for being a fantastic host!

We had a fantastic stay! Hands down the best Airbnb we’ve ever stayed at! Safety is a top priority for me, and Jaclyn’s place exceeded expectations. The location is in a gated community, and building access is secure, which gave us great peace of mind. The apartment was quiet, beautifully decorated, and incredibly comfortable. I booked it because I had an early meeting the next day, and my spouse and I both slept so well. It’s also in a great spot, just a short drive from Six Flags and the River Walk. I only wish we had more time to explore. We’ll definitely be back. Thank you so much, Jaclyn!

Dates: May 24th-June 9th Views/Environment: Spectacular views! Secluded. Peaceful. Stargazing while in the hot tub. Nature walk/hiking/outdoors. Picture perfect! Cabin: Spacious! Great layout. Comfy bed! Great amenities and well stocked with pots and pans, dinnerware, and grill stuff. Bathrooms are great and complete with bath towels and hot tub towels. Wifi available. Host: Spencer is a great host! I originally rented the cabin for 4 days but then i kept extending it and Spencer was easy to work with! I ended up staying from May 24th-June 9th. Location: The cabin was my home base. From there, we went to places like New Braunfels, Boerne, Kerrville, Frio River, Bandera, and other great places nearby. The bars in Bandera are awesome!!! We met a lot of people and I enjoyed the place so much. Check-in/Check-out: Super easy! No hassle. I highly recommend this place, 10/10! Looking forward to my next visit to Texas!

Excellent stay! Even thouhj the lake is dry, we had a blast exploring the dry lake bed and just lounging around the house. The hosts were wonderful - quick to respond and so accommodating! Great spot for our 3 families for a long weekend.

Great place to stay, wonderful hosts, private and quiet cozy cabin

Brenda’s place is a very peaceful getaway in the Texas Hill-country. It has been in her family for generations and you can tell, the property surrounding is serene and quiet. This spot provided my wife and 1 year old daughter a place close enough to all the Hill Country hot spots like the Frio River in Garner State Park, or the Nueces River in Camp Wood. Sure it’s a drive to get around but well worth it and also close enough to big city San Antonio to enjoy that if you choose. Her two dogs Chief & Max were kind and greeted us with tails wagging. We are looking forward to the next visit.

Ellen was really great meeting us and showing us how to use everything including the generator. The generator will run for about 7 hours on one tank but there was extra gas for when we needed it. We were able to cook inside as well. The spot is lovely and peaceful, 2 mins from Bandera center. You can also walk or drive down to the river front which was a nice place to get out of the sun.

Exactly as described! Super clean!! With amazing air conditioner for the hot Texas heat! Location was safe and quiet. We visit several times a year- I would pick this location for my needs over and over again! Thank you Alyssa!

Momma D’s home is gorgeous, inside and out! We had an amazing stay here. Had Easter dinner & forgot a can opener but Momma D had one! She has everything you need from soft clean linens, to can openers! When we got there she had homemade banana bread and chocolate chip cookies for us!❤️ She is very responsive and an absolute delight to work with. I will definitely be booking here when in Bandera, TX next!
