Downtown Holland only 2 1/2 miles East where you will find trendy stores, restaurants and pubs. The finest of beaches are nearby with trails at Felt Mansion near Saugatuck State Park and Sanctuary Woods County Park or Ottawa State Park. Newly remodeled, very cozy space. One queen sized bed. Kitchen contains microwave, mini fridge, air fryer and outdoor grill. Very close to I196. Honestly, there is some highway noise but while being inside it’s harder to hear. Easy access to get to Holland, Saugatuck, and Grand Rapids. Security cameras on outside of premises. no smoking of any kind or drug use on premises. I clean this air bnb myself so if you have any problems with it not being clean please contact me immediately

Saugy Bottom Retreat. Newly remodeled cottage.

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located retreat. Located on a half acre. Recently completed a remodel; everything in this home is new. Bedroom one has a king-size bed. Bedroom two has a queen. The sofa sleeper is also a queen with a memory foam mattress. For the yoga enthusiast the side deck is the perfect space to get centered. The cottage is located in walking distance of Clearbrook Golf Course and just a short drive to Oval Beach or downtown Saugatuck.
