Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Lakewood Ranch

This was a perfect place to stay for my wife and I. It was a short drive to Siesta Keys and downtown Sarasota. I couldn’t ask for a better host or better location. 1000% recommend!

I stay at Yelenas place whenever I am in Sarasota for a swim meet Always clean and comfortable. Everything I need is available. Close to a grocery store and plenty of restaurants. Top Notch!

Great location in Sarasota! The apartment was comfortable and very clean, and just a few minutes' drive to beautiful beaches and restaurants. Vanessa and Nicole were very responsive and gave us helpful instructions. We would definitely stay here again!

Peter and Pearl are awesome hosts! The Peaceful Retreat feels welcoming and cheerful, with very comfortable furnishings. These hosts have thought of everything! The location is great too, whether you walk or drive. We were in Sarasota to attend graduation at RCAD and the location was perfect!

Our unit was on the pool deck with a private sitting area , so we could walk right out from the unit to the pool. Everything downtown was walkable, nice fitness center, reserved parking and access to co-working space. It had everything! We will definitely stay there again the next time we’re in Sarasota and highly recommend it!

Our stay at Inna & Vladimir's home was excellent. I had a work conference at a larger hotel about 4 min away. It was conveniently located, easy driving distance to restaurants and the beach, and in a safe part of town. We enjoyed the pool one evening and never felt bothered or out of place during our stay. The one thing to note is that, if you have any sort of chemical/fragrance sensitivity, be cautious the first day or two. My husband and I are both VERY sensitive and noticed the strong fragrant cleaner smells right away (tide, fabuloso type scents, etc). This likely wouldn't bother the typical person... but it was pretty intense for us. Considering those smells means that the Airbnb was cleaned, I can't complain about that! Lastly, if you have any mobility issues, the stairs are steep, but felt very sturdy. Overall, we would stay again. Thank you for your hospitality!

Really great place in a lovely location. Kayaks available to use on the river just outside the house. We launched from across the road as the water level was really low in front of the house. There’s also a grill, smoker, beach furniture etc. free to use. 30 minutes from the beaches. Place was really nice and cosy would definitely recommend. Thank you.

Highly recommend this house. Located in a nice neighborhood, the house was very clean and rooms were filled with natural light. The kitchen was contemporary and had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable and with the Florida heat, we appreciated that the air conditioning worked extremely well. Pool area is cute and well kept. Mergim was a great host even proactively reaching out to see if everything met our expectations and if we needed anything. Would definitely stay here again.

This is the cleanest airbnb I’ve stayed at. SPOTLESS. Neighborhood was very quiet and close to everything we wanted to do. Scott was super friendly and communication was A+++++ Highly recommend Scott’s place.

One of the best airbnb host and property I’ve stayed. Heather was wonderful to ask questions/recommendations. Easy to find and check in. Well equipped kitchen, towels, beach stuff- super excellent per our group! Will stay again for sure! The kiddos enjoyed the pool so much. Home decor is beautiful, felt like home away from home indeed.

It was a great experience. We were there for the rowing national competition. It is an easy drive to the park, and a nice residential neighborhood. The apartment is well equipped and very clean. I highly recommend!

Such a beautiful home! Great location! Only 6 minutes from Sarasota Jungle Gardens. Walking distance to Dunkin Donuts, and the water. Everything was so inviting. If I had any questions, the host was responsive within a minute or two. The house was spotless. Highly recommend this place!!

The perfect getaway to celebrate our anniversary. Location was quiet, just a short drive to the beach and we enjoyed many local spots! Funky Flamingo was adorable as pictured, clean and great communication. We enjoyed our stay 🦩 and can't wait to visit again.

Had a great stay and everything was as listed. Clean and convient, quiet location, 5 minute walk to the beach. Was located right across from both pool and laundry room (quarters only) which was great. William also provided beach chairs and umbrella as well as small cooler which was exactly what I needed

Five stars in every way. Location location location, everything is very close and convenient including the free shuttle that goes up and down the island. The home itself is extremely clean, the bed is comfortable, and the place is stocked with chairs, umbrellas, towels, anything you need. You do need to take some stairs to get to the unit, but if you’re comfortable with that pick this place. I reached out to Martha several times with questions about the island and she responded very quickly and was helpful every time.

The location was great. Easy access to the beach, grocery stores, restaurants and the pool. Doris was friendly and professional. The condo was very comfortable for my husband and I and our two grandsons. thank you, Doris. We had a wonderful time.

My fiancé and I really enjoyed our stay at David’s place in Bradenton! The space was super clean and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Communication was excellent throughout; the host was responsive, helpful, and always timely with their messages. One of the best parts was the beach access—super convenient, and the place was stocked with everything from a beach cart, umbrellas, chairs, and beach towels etc. which made days at the beach so easy. There were also a few great local tips provided, which I definitely took advantage of. Honestly, I wouldn’t change a thing. I’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

This condo was everything I needed and more! The location? Absolutely perfect—the beach is literally your backyard. Waking up to that ocean view the next morning was a dream. Restaurants and activities were just minutes away, which made everything so easy and fun. Heidi, the host, went above and beyond. Her communication was fast, kind, and incredibly thoughtful. She even surprised us with a delicious key lime pie and orange juice waiting for us after jet skiing—such a sweet and personal touch! I truly have no complaints. Everything about this stay was peaceful, beautiful, and seamless. I’d absolutely recommend this spot to anyone looking for a relaxing and magical beach getaway. 🌴🌊💛
