Holiday rentals with a patio in Lamothe-Fénelon

Figeac is a lovely place to visit and staying at Le Duplex made exploring the town very easy. The proximity to the old town with its shops and restaurants was great. We recommend taking the self guided walking tour to see all the interesting sights. The accommodation was clean and comfortable. Just one piece of advice - there is a fantastic market every Saturday with stalls right outside the accommodation. If you have parked your car on the street outside Le Duplex there’s no way of leaving until the market has packed up. We very nearly got stuck!

A great place to stay. So close to the Centre of Sarlat. The apartment was well equiped and spacious. Having a private parking bay was a real bonus. We certainly enjoyed our stay.

Tastefully arranged and very well equipped, clean and cozy. I had some difficulties on arrival to find the address due to rainy weather and work on the nearby bridge. On the other hand, no problem parking. Communication with my host was perfect. Would definitely stay again again for a future stay.

Impossible to adjust the temperature of the heater that arrives through a duct from the owners' house. Extra heating of the bathroom present but does not work,otherwise beautiful peaceful environment.

We had a great time in Prayssac. It's a calm and peaceful location. That's what we were looking for. The cottage is very good with a great pool. The hosts are pleasant and very responsive. However, the cottage we chose was a little small with a baby but is very suitable for a couple without children.

Very nice apartment for a romantic weekend. The accommodation is cozy and carefully decorated. Everything was impeccable. Virginia is a great host. Very pleasant in every way. We would happily stay again! ☺️

It was equipped with everything we could have wanted, great kitchen facilities, comfy seating, good beds and linen and the house was lovely and clean. Nathalie and Tim were such extraordinary hosts! My family and I had a wonderful time staying in their beautiful home! The house itself is perfect for cooking, relaxing, and spending time together. We were able to enjoy the wonderful gardens and the pool all day and watch the sunset from our patio each evening. Such a stunning and relaxing atmosphere. The best part was how well taken care of we felt all week. Nathalie helped organize a tour of local vineyards, scheduled a wine tasting by the pool, and cooked dinner for us all on 2 evenings. She also had great local restaurant and market recommendations! We also loved our morning chocolatines and croissants! They were extremely kind and accommodating throughout the trip - delivering bottles of wine when we ran short, lending us a pot so that we could cook a big stew one night, and even working a miracle helping me removing a grenadine stain from a white dress I bought at a local market. I can’t recommend this wonderful home enough!

We had a great weekend in a beautiful and very pleasant place, conducive to relaxation, refreshing. The view from the home, especially the hot tub, makes you dream. Decor is carefully chosen. We recommend 100%

We had a great week in this beautiful house with our family (couple with 3 daughters, 2 sons-in-law and a baby). The house is well equiped with kitchen to cook at home, 3 locations to sit with 8 (dining/sitting room, large kitchen and outside at the patio), large swimming pool, children play area, etc. We found all we needed in the house and the beds were comfortable. The area in the Dordogne is really great with lots todo like cycling, walking, running, swimming, canoeing and many nice places to visit. Moira has been a great host in communication, advice and checking our specific needs (in our case the little baby, with baby-bad, -chair, -bed and outdoor play-house. Really nice!!). We just love the place!!

We had an amazing stay with Anna and Krys! It was our first time on holiday with our 9 month old baby and this was the perfect location! They gave us such a warm welcome and Anna prepared everything for us: baby bath, baby bed and baby chair. So handy! The appartment was big enough, very clean and comfy. A nice bed and airco to cool down the appartment, although it stayed quite chill. The swimming pool wasn't far from the room and there is a beautiful garden that surrounds the whole domain. We will definitely be returning in the future!

Gite in a beautiful peaceful Saladin house. Very pleasant setting with rabbits to admire cool in the garden. The interior of the cottage is as described. The rooms are spacious and cool, which is nice in summer. Thank you very much Mark for your hospitality, your sightseeing tips and the bottle of rosé.

i would recommend it to everyone!!!! close to the city center by car, very clean apartment with a terrace that is too cute. hosts are more than nice! Go without a second thought.

The place is beautiful! Even more than the pictures show. The pool was such a hit - specially on those 38* days. The grounds of the property are very well maintained. Delphine was very responsive and went out of her way to help me when I lost my wallet. Thank you for letting us use your place, it sure is a memory the kids won’t forget about :-)
