Lovely house, great views, within 30 mins drive to all main south lakes sights. Communication and check in all very easy and clear. We had a great stay :)

This was a fantastic little find, we booked a last minute family one night away. Cottage is beautiful and cosy and a home from home. You need for nothing here and the extra little touches of a welcome pack are very welcomed. Great place to visit. x

A well loved and super clean cottage in a surprisingly quiet part of Arnside. The garden is a little gem after a long day out in good weather. Thoroughly recommend and friends say I’m pretty fussy.

It was perfect. I was worried about being so close to the local pub but I had nothing to worry. You couldn’t hear anything. It was so peaceful. I would totally recommend a stay at Rachael’s accommodation.

A lovely cottage, in a great location. Had everything we needed and more. Easy instructions to get to location and for check in and check out. Visited Ingleton waterfalls trail, only half hour drive from cottage and well worth visiting, beautiful! Would definitely stay at the cottage again.

This was a great little find. My partner and I had a lovely few days away at this gorgeous little cottage. There are nice bars and restaurants within walking distance and there are also lovely walks to do from the front door. The stand out feature for us was the little patio area outside with the excellent hot tub - it was sooo relaxing and was such brilliant size! Everything feels like it's been done to a high spec. Such a great place and we'd definitely love to come back in the future.

Amazing kitchen we both loved cooking in our tapas meal in it. It was great to have a selection of herbs and spices already in the kitchen. Everything clean and tidy . 3rd time staying at this lovely Georgian ground floor apartment with Tina being a fantastic accommodating host. Absolutely in the centre of Clitheroe, but yet so quiet & tranquil with reliable, secure parking. The accommodation was great for us as all on one level with 2 big bedrooms, each having separate shower room, one en-suite. It is so well equipped and you feel very at home when staying here. From this accommodation you have such easy access to so many lovely places to visit for eating, drinking, local towns, National Trust halls, breweries, famous sausage shop, great pie shops, trough of bowland, pendle hill & many more lovely places .….we will be returning.

This was one of those places that you would wish to keep a secret. The views are breathtaking, the area is quiet, perfect for a retreat for people willing to charge their batteries from their busy lives. It's a bit off the beaten track, so you need a car or a taxi from the train station to get there, but you can rest from the busy touristic towns of the Lake District. Jeanette was a very discreet and lovely host. She furbished the place with great care. Thank you Jeanette for hosting us, your place was a dream come true!

Enjoyed our stay at Kate's place for a second visit. Has all the amenities we needed and we can feel very relaxed there. Kate was very helpful with our booking. She dealt very promptly with one minor maintenance issue. She's a thoughtful host and there were fresh flowers, milk and biscuits to welcome us. We enjoyed chatting to Kate. Great place! Super spacious and spotless.. comfortably fit three of us. I really enjoyed the quirky style and colorful decor, and there were plenty of books and games to keep us entertained during downtime. Siobhan was very responsive and helpful throughout. The location is fantastic, easy to walk to shops and restaurants, but still nice and quiet. Plus, the views from the window were a lovely bonus!

Howard is such a nice and friendly host, extremely helpful and warm. We feel like home. The place is absolutely beautiful and has the vibe to experience Lake District. Love it and will come back again. Thanks Janet for the homemade cake. Take care!

Exactly as described. Set up with everything needed for a self catering stay. Central location to shops and beach. The flat decor is a little tired but was clean and comfortable.

Just back from three nights and we had such a wonderful time. The property is in a great location with it being walking distance to bowness but also secluded. Kitchen amenities all great, excellent spec bathroom and very clean all round. We had a couple of questions which were answered very quickly. Highly recommend and we will be booking again.

Such a lovely place, had a nice girly weekend for my hen do with my bridesmaids and maid of honour and the hosts were really sweet. They were happy to co-ordinate with my maid of honour so the whole thing was a really nice surprise and it was overall really private and peaceful with such stunning views. Would highly recommend and think we will definitely be booking again 🤍

We stayed here for a weekend away as a group of school mates all turning 30. The property was the perfect base for us, providing us with the best possible experience. We’re an active, activity based bunch and this stay had something for everyone. Multiple activities, from the pool table, darts board, table tennis, air hockey, and yes the Pool and Sauna. Many of my friends couldn’t believe just what we had found for this stay. Private use of the pool is a great bonus. All beds were made, fresh linens and towels provided. We used the kitchen to cook our breakfast each morning. There’s ample parking for 3-4 vehicles inside and plenty on street right next to the property, which is a quiet street so not a stress. Whilst the decor is aged, we are not particular on this and found it added to the charm. Plenty of beds, bathrooms and spots to relax. We would stay again! The host was fantastic in communication and response to questions posed and made the whole process easy.

With a 15 minute drive into Lancaster and the Forest of Bowland on the doorstep. The Barn was set in an ideal location. It was what my wife and I needed. Some quiet time and fabulous walks in the countryside.

Stunning location, spotless property, and an unforgettable weekend. We stayed at Turner House for my stag weekend and couldn't have asked for a better spot. The house was immaculate on arrival—clean, spacious, and really well looked after. Every guest made good use of the amazing amenities: the games room was a hit, the hot tub and sauna were perfect for unwinding, and the outdoor areas gave us space to chill out or explore. The views over the River Lune were stunning from almost every room, and the peaceful setting made the whole weekend feel like a proper escape. Plenty of parking, great layout, and loads of thoughtful touches. Would 100% return—brilliant for groups who want comfort, a bit of luxury, and somewhere memorable.

We had a great stay. The house was in a beautiful location, right on the estuary. Plenty of beach for walking. Beds were comfy and ample linen and towels were provided plus a great welcome hamper. The games room provided hours of entertainment and the hot tub was lovely for relaxing in after a busy day. The nearby rock park/quarry was a really interesting day out. We also enjoyed a meal out at the King William IV in Kirksanton. Jenny was a great host and was extremely welcoming and helpful. Would definitely recommend.

We've stayed at other places in the past, but none have given off the positive vibes we experienced here. The care and attention given to the extensive grounds is truly exemplary, right down to the precise way the grass was mown. I never seem to get a good night's sleep except in my own bed, yet here I slept like a lamb for three nights straight! Great beds and luxurious bedding. Finally, the cherry on the cake has to be the privacy and tranquility.
