Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Las Canteras Beach

We, a family of three, spent a wonderful week at Maria Jesus' place. I can only join the previous reviews in saying that the welcome from both Marian and the owner was exceptionally friendly, the communication very smooth and proactive from Marian's side. The place itself is nicely located overlooking the Playa del Hombre; it is a good base for discovering the whole island (especially the Northern part); the neighborhood itself is a quiet residential area. The parking space just across the street is very convenient. It's lovely to sit outside at the terrace (both the open-but-windy and the sheltered parts), and the apartment itself has everything you need for a week's stay (also when staying with a small child, e.g. travel cot). All in all highly recommended!

We spent a month of our parental leave with Sara and her family, along with our 9-month old baby and we couldn’t have been more satisfied. From the very beginning, we felt incredibly welcome. Sara provided worldclass service and she was always available, quick to respond, and helped us with everything we needed during our stay. The apartment was perfectly located on what we experienced as the coziest and most peaceful street in all of Las Palmas, just about a 7-minute walk from the beach. It was also close to supermarkets and bus stops, making it easy to get around both the city and the rest of the island. The accommodation had everything we could wish for – it was spacious, comfortable, and very child-friendly, which was ideal for us traveling with a baby. The large rooftop terrace became one of our favorite spots where we spent many of our days and evenings together. We highly recommend staying with Sara and her family– it wasn’t just a vacation rental, it truly felt like a home

We had a great stay at the old pump house. It's is located on a beautiful spot with a large garden surrounding the house. The house is equipped with everything you need. The road to the house is narrow and windy, but you will get used to it. This means it takes a short drive to get to places to visit, but it is totally worthwhile the amazing relaxed atmosphere.

Amazingly welcoming and pleased to chat with hosts. Absolutely stunning and well-decorated house in a beautiful area. Don’t look further!

A lovely apartment with good facilities. Well positioned for transport links and with several excellent restaurants in walking distance.

We were a group of 9 people in total and had a wonderful stay. The place offers enough space for such a large group and has a great layout, so you can spend time together in the living room as well as everyone in the office/outside. There are also plenty of bathrooms. The kitchens offer enough storage space and utensils even for longer stays. A dishwasher is also provided. The pool as well as the entire outdoor area were appealing and clean, as were the indoor area. Only the Wi-Fi is not sufficiently strong in the entire house, best it is directly in the living room. For shopping and excursions, we always used our rental cars, which could easily be parked at the property. Las Palmas is only 15 minutes away, the beach to Maspalomas is only 40 minutes away, the routes are easy to reach and uncomplicated. Communication with Alex was absolutely smooth, you felt very welcome and familiar right away.

The stay in this accommodation was superb in every way! The location is excellent — quiet, parking is always available. The apartment was extremely clean and fully equipped, with all the little things that make the stay easier. The bed is comfortable, and a special experience is the private terrace at the top with a view of part of the city and the ocean. We felt at home and would definitely come back again. All recommendations for this accommodation!

We had to stay in Las Palmas at short notice due to family illness and this place was perfect - cosy and comfortable with lovely outside space right in the heart of the old town. Everything you need on your doorstep and everything you need in the house. Africa and Santiago were so kind and helpful throughout our stay. We hope to go back when things are less stressful!

We really enjoyed staying in this apartment - having the second bathroom was especially useful for the four of us. The furnishings are of an exceptionally high standard and the host also provided useful things ie beach towels, snorkelling gear, binoculars to make our stay even more enjoyable. Juan was easy to contact and, when we had a plumbing problem it was fixed within a couple of hours. Although the weather didn’t allow us to sit out on the terrace too often (we hit a somewhat wet and windy week) it was still a lovely outdoor space that we could use in an evening with a book. Considering how close it is to the beach and Santa Catalina park, the evenings were very quiet and we slept well in comfortable beds.

The terrace is very spacious and still a cosy place (when the weather is good, which was rarely the case during my stay). The location is very good with buses going everywhere and in walking distance to shopping district and 10min to Canteras beach. Nieves is a great host, discreet but always available. She left me a fully equipped fridge... a real bed AND breakfast! for an entire week. I recommend

The apartment is great, very well located, in front of the beach Las quarteras and close to places of leisure. It was very clean and had towels, sheets, gel and shampoo and keyboard, the essentials for a few days on vacation. The terracita has a glass that prevents the wind from passing and gives almost all day the sun on it. I thank the living quarries team and their host Juán who were in contact with us all the time. Wow! What an amazing stay we had. The hot tub was lovely at night and stayed warm all throughout the day. Stefania was great with communication, she helped us with getting sorted and explained how to get it. Instructions were clear and everything was spotless. The place looks better than the photos. Do not hesitate to book here. It was amazing and a good location for anyone looking for a peaceful getaway. Close to the beach as well. Isabel is extraordinarily friendly and makes every effort to ensure that her guests have a good stay. Our daughter had to go to the hospital during our vacation and she accompanied us and helped us in every way. The apartment is really huge and the rooms are nicely designed and very well equipped, even for a stay with children everything is available. The promenade and various supermarkets are within walking distance, as are the Santa Catalina bus stop, so you can easily take excursions by bus. We are very grateful to Isabel and can fully recommend the apartment! We would come back any time!

Really nice apartment. With a window to the ocean that during the night allows you to be lulled by a slight sound of the waves. Great cleanliness, great order. I recommend it

Staying at Ana’s place felt like how Airbnb was when it first started. A beautiful place and an amazing host. Ana made sure we felt so welcome and provided so many good local recommendations. Location was ideal, especially if you want to be easily connected to the buses (that can get you to most of the island). Will definitely stay again on my next visit to Gran Canaria.

The place is better than on pictures , all what you need for staying for 2 days or 2 weeks is there . Location is good and garage is a bonus .

We had a very nice stay at Cordelia's, with many hikes in the spectacular scenery of this region! Cornelia is a very gracious hostess, takes great care of her guests and is always responsive. The property is as described and has everything you can expect. The luxury of freshly picked orange and lemons is great. The crows of roosters and peacocks in the area should not make you feel disturbed. The views across the valley are beautiful! The steep access is a bit challenging for anxious drivers, but those who drive the roads in Gran Canaria must be brave anyway! Thank you for this time in your beautiful finca!

The apartment is perfect for a great holiday in Las Palmas, whether you are on your own, a couple or a family. The flat is well equipped with everything you might need, from beach chairs and towels to yoga mat and a well equipped kitchen. The position is obviously great also, being just a couple of meters away from the sand of Las Canteras with lots of restaurants and bars all around you (check La Marinera and La Oliva restaurants) and also supermarkets and convenience stores. Overall a well-placed, well-equipped, very convenient apartment!

Apartment has everything you need for a long/short stay. It was clean and quiet. All the great restaurants and cafes are around. Beach is few min walk. The area/apartment itself is quite. We took the car as well and Mercedes provided information where is the best to park it. Highly recommended and big thanks to Mercedes for a quick replies. Big thanks again for a joyful stay!
