It consists of 164 square meters, distributed in 2 bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen, a bathroom, a covered terrace and another uncovered. It also has a recreation area with a barbecue, wood-burning oven, and a rustic table. It has 2 double bedrooms and also a sofa bed, the kitchen has a dishwasher, oven, induction stove and kitchenware. It has a Smart TV.

The land is 8.000m2, with some art and horses. The property is positioned over the Barranco de Guancha only 25 minutes rural walk to the beach San Andres. Famous Barranco de Azuaje is "stone throw" from our place as well. You will share kitchen, shower and toilet with guests.

Hello, my Canarian husband and I would be happy to spend some time with you. Our home is some typical Canarian houses, of which the lower one is a guesthouse. Here you can freely choose whether you want to have company or stay alone. Since we ourselves have animals, your little companions are also welcome. Children are also welcome. Active people can go hiking, cycling and much more. We have a lot of tips for you, also not so well known.

Amazing sea view and just 1 min walk to the promenade and beach at lower level. The flat is completely new with air conditioning. Flat only for strict 2 people sharing the double bed. No extra people are allowed to stay over.
