We loved the apartment! 🤩 Sparkling!! It is completely renovated, you can see the attention to detail on the part of the hosts. Highly recommended!! The apartment is very comfortable, it is impeccable, good communication and excellent location in a picturesque neighborhood full of rich corners. Very good point in relation to price quality, better than a hotel. I'll definitely be back!!

The check in was quick and safe. Upon entering the accommodation, everything was as shown in the photos: new, clean and fragrant. Comfortable bed, bathroom with very good space and the kitchen yielded some good dishes that accompanied a wine and were tasted on the balcony. The location is nice for those who enjoy walking around the city. We did several sightseeing on foot. The nearest subway station is about 600 meters away. We had a wonderful experience in the week we spent in Santiago.

It was spectacular, very easy to get to with two subway stations nearby. The building staff are very friendly and helpful and generate a lot of security and tranquility. There are all kinds of stores nearby and home delivery services from all platforms. In addition, the apartment has an all-inclusive heater, a very clean bathroom with enough towels, toilet paper and kitchen towels as well. Very well cleaned. From the balcony you can see part of the Andes, which is snowy at this time, and on the 10th floor there is a terrace with a panoramic view of the Andes and the city

We stayed five days in Carmen's loft, very comfortable, everything very clean, very comfortable bed, everything was very fragrant. The shower was a very strong and hot delight. The location is close to the market, pharmacy, but it is at least 20 minutes by car from the most talked about restaurants and the Costanera mall. It was a very pleasant week, we loved it.

My stay was great. The place is very cozy and the design of the apartaestudio loved it: everything is super well planned, with a lot of attention to detail. I deeply appreciate that they will leave coffee, stevia, oil, tea, and other implements that really facilitated my stay. A gesture that seemed very special to me was that they even left water to spray the plants, which I did with pleasure. As for minor details, the alarm would occasionally turn on and the washing machine presented some faults, but nothing that would tarnish the experience. Everything else was perfect. I am very grateful to the hosts, who were a critical part of making my trip exceptional and unforgettable. In addition, the location of the place is excellent. I would definitely be back!

Unforgettable stay! The apartment was impeccable, super comfortable bed, with blankets and pillows for all tastes. The shower has great pressure, the heater is powerful and fast — on cold nights, we even feel warm. The view is surreal: you can see the sunrise and sunset from the bed, as if it were a movie screen. The Wi-Fi never failed. Excellent location: markets, subway, snow clothes rental and tourist spots just a few minutes away. Franz is a rare host: attentive, quick to respond, gave several tips and was even flexible with check-in/out. She left us some welcome wine and chocolates that we loved so much that we bought some to take back to Brazil. It was our second international trip together, with a marriage proposal, our first time in the snow, and we found our temporary home here. Every day, we said, “Let's go home.” If we go back to Santiago, we won't think of anywhere else. Thank you, Franz!

I came from Brazil to Chile, and I stayed a few days at Roberto's, very solicitous! and his accommodations exactly as in the photos of the listing, extremely unique to see the Andes mountains in the room. I recommend it to my Brazilian brothers who want to come.

The location is great, the room has enough space, wifi and TV work well. Everything was wonderful, just pay attention to the mattress. For couples weighing over 70kg each and with back problems, the mattress 'sinks', which can become a problem for longer stays. Eduardo is organized, clean and very helpful. I recommend him to everyone! Ah, enjoy the shopping arcade in front: good pizza; Dulce Pimenta restaurant on the 2nd floor, great, good dishes and fair price. Japanese on the 3rd floor, I recommend.

I totally recommend the place, Juane allowed us to enter before the hour since we arrived in the early morning to the city , cozy comfortable place, there were clean towels, the location is super good , close to the metro, I would only recommend some implements in the kitchen to make a suitable tea or some breakfast, the other 10 of 10. Super recommended.

Perfect accommodation, great location and the space is very good! Bathroom with a very hot shower, comfortable bed, all faucets with heated water. Very close to the Santa Lúcia subway station and many markets in the vicinity.

Sonia's place has great location! the apartment was wonderful, well equipped, clean and very welcoming. Sonia was very communicative and respond quickly to any question we had. the only downside for us was that there was a neighbor that put lowd music almost every evening. for us it was very frustrating... When it happened- Sonia answered our texts late in the evening and did what ever she can to try and take care of this noise, so no complaints about Sonia at all. also, she try to help us with a flexible check out, which was very appreciated.

Recommended, we felt very comfortable at Luis' place, ideal for hosting a few days in La Reina. Safety and trust, and what I loved the silence at night to sleep the most, as the window overlooks a condominium, away from urban traffic.

Very comfortable room in a gated condominium, easy to get to from the airport in about 10-15 minutes depending on traffic. Nora is an excellent host, everything is very clean, she allowed us to leave our luggage before check-in. 10 minutes away is the Arauco Maipu mall, which is very large with many stores

I stayed for a week, the place was comfortable and clean, we were two people and we each had their privacy. I was able to walk to iconic places in the city from the accommodation, close to the metro too, it felt quiet and at home. Definitely a good place to stay!
